This trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

위치는 아주 나이스함 ( 사바나강변 바로 앞) 주차 최악 ( 투숙해도 무료 주차 안됨.. 발렛 $54 , 주차장건물 셀프 주차해도 $56불 (시간으로 계산하기때문) *주차 할꺼면 그냥 도로변에 하길 권장.. 호텔주차장은 너무 비쌈 편의시설 좋음.. 수영장 없는게 아쉽... 룸클린 - 대충대충하는듯.. 쓰레기통 주변 정리 안되어 있음 (큰것만 버리는듯..) 어메니티 안채워줌... 어느날은 실&바늘 , 어느날은 헤어캡, 어느날은 아무것도 없음.. 복불복 식사는 여기서 안해봐서 모르겠음 아! 바오밥 바는 분위기 및 친절도 좋음

Отель расположен недалеко от улицы Пичтри-стрит. Хотя расположение и близко к торговому центру Lenox, пешком всё равно далековато. Посмотрел несколько пабов и баров. В целом, я бы сказал, что они неплохие, но было бы неплохо, если бы меня перевели на верхний этаж, так как я чётко просил, чтобы мне понравился верхний. Завтрак был довольно хорошим, хотя и не очень разнообразным, но блинчик с черникой был очень вкусным.

My sisters and I spent one night at the Perry lane hotel and had a fabulous time. The room was perfect and the hotel restaurant was excellent! I would highly recommend! The rooftop bar and pool area is a great place to relax any time of the day. They have a man who plays the piano in the library and he is wonderful.

相比國內而言，設施比較老舊，可能因為酒店建成時間太長的原因。但是窗外風景很好，能感受到亞特蘭大森林城市的美稱。工作人員的態度有的好有的差看運氣，但是總體來説很細心，靠近lenox 商場，很便利。
