Голуэй, Ирландия: отели категории 4 звезды

Это мой ужасный опыт во время поездки в Ирландию. Кондиционера нет, двойной замок сломан, утюг не работает. Когда мы сообщили об этих проблемах на ресепшен, никто ничего не исправил и не предложил поменять номер. Через 10 минут мне прислали утюг 😔 На мой взгляд, лобби отеля приятное, а завтрак хороший. Надеюсь, в будущем ситуация улучшится. 🙏

The service we got at reception was great. Jonathan was very helpful and advised on where to go, eat, places to visit, etc in Galway We were upgraded to a bigger room on 2nd floor which was huge. .the box of chocolates as welcome gift was a very nice gesture! Ava had our room serviced and cleaned to a great standard The bathroom was big and shower pressure was amazing. Breakfast was good too, with variety but same on all 3 days. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if ever visit Galway again.

Beautiful hotel, overlooking the water. Pool with sauna, steam room and an outdoor hot tub. Wonderful breakfast. overall a great experience. Walking distance to all you would want in Galway. Wonderful staff to direct you for whatever you need.

Lovely poison by Spanish Arch and Galway west end. Room was spacious and clean breakfast had a good variety including continental and fresh fruit. Staff were polite. Overall a good stay.

航班延誤➕超大風暴導致凌晨才到店，前台小哥哥人很熱心，很是順利的辦理了入住。 房間簡直超乎意料，很大很衞生，還有2個天窗，在歐洲這個水平已經很棒了，床很大床品也很舒適，在經歷了長途飛行後入住真的非常温馨。 早餐比較豐盛，服務員也很熱情。 地理位置也很好，距離兩個車站步行最多十分鐘。 因為天氣原因衹感受了Galway小城沒有去莫赫懸崖，下次來會再入住。

Absolut unvergleichliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück ist top, Essen im Restaurant ebenfalls. Vor allem im Lobby-Bar Bereich sehr viel Platz. In die Stadt ist es dann doch ein ganzes Stück.

Nice hotel, But I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathtub. When I added hot water to the bathtub, a lot of dust and even a hair came out. I had to wash and rinse the tub several times to get it clean. I understand that hotel service is low in Ireland, but this is a 4-star hotel. The price for rooms is high for Europe. It would be great, at least nice to clean. Breakfast was great, delicious.

Un hôtel extrêmement bien placé une vu imprenable et un dépaysement total ! Un petit déjeuner buffet sublime et délicieux ! Une expérience que je recommande et que nous referons sans hésitation ! Merci
