However, guests should be prepared for an experience that feels slightly past its prime, primarily due to the condition of the accommodations and a disappointing morning meal. The Good: • Location & Accessibility: The hotel’s primary strength is its central location, offering excellent accessibility to key business districts and local attractions in Tunis. It's easy to navigate the city from here. • Common Areas: The lobby, reception (except very awkward and hard to communicate with), and non-room facilities (like meeting spaces) are well-maintained and modern, suggesting where the hotel’s recent investments have been focused. The Areas for Improvement: • Outdated Guest Rooms: The biggest drawback of the stay was the condition of the hotel room. They are noticeably outdated, featuring worn furniture, older decor, and fixtures that are desperately in need of renovation. While clean, the overall look and feel are tired, making the stay feel less comfortable and certainly not reflecting modern Novotel standards. • ”Meh” Breakfast: Following the trend of many business hotels, the breakfast was mediocre at best. The quality of ingredients was average, the offerings lacked freshness, and the buffet was uninspired. It was functional but certainly not a highlight a bland start to the day that did not justify the price. Conclusion: The Novotel Tunis is a practical option if location is your main priority. The staff are competent yet snobbish and the location is superb. However, the combination of an outdated room design and a forgettable breakfast prevents this hotel from being a truly great choice. If the management addresses the much-needed room renovations, the Novotel Tunis could significantly elevate its standing.

Это был отличный выбор, я прилетала ночью, поэтому решила переночевать в отеле недалеко от аэропорта. Моя сестра и её дети заселились раньше, и им очень понравилось. Отличное обслуживание и потрясающий, разнообразный и вкусный завтрак, которым мы наслаждались на следующее утро вместе. Должна сказать, была только одна деталь, заслуживающая упоминания: сотрудница на ресепшене помогла мне вызвать такси, но она не упомянула о том, что воспользовалась услугами Bolt, более дорогой службы такси, и забыла упомянуть, что она, очевидно, выбрала вариант Comfort, который обошёлся мне как минимум на 60% дороже обычной цены, указанной на счётчике по прибытии, но водитель такси запросил ещё больше. В целом, у нас было приятное короткое пребывание, и мы смогли поздно выехать, чтобы отдохнуть и восстановиться после поездки. Спасибо команде Novotel за разнообразие вкусной еды.

Our stay at the hotel was generally acceptable, and the facilities and overall service were reasonably good. However, I experienced a serious issue that affected my comfort and sense of privacy. During our stay , a staff member entered my room at an inappropriate time without knocking or asking for permission. I consider this a clear violation of guest privacy. I immediately filed a formal complaint with the management and requested that the matter be investigated and that I be informed of the outcome. Unfortunately, our stay ended and we checked out without receiving any response, follow-up, or apology from the administration regarding the complaint. This lack of feedback and accountability was disappointing and does not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from a hotel.

Чистый, современный отель, расположенный примерно в пятнадцати минутах езды от аэропорта. На территории отеля есть бар и ресторан, а бар Bellini по соседству также является хорошим вариантом для еды.

I had a great experience at Maia Hotel. The reception staff, Atef, was very kind and helpful. He did his best to arrange an early check-in for us after our long overnight flight, which we really appreciated. Excellent service and warm hospitality!. All the stage were nice and friendly. Good breakfast.

Отель расположен в центре города. Номера небольшие, а удобства устаревшие, но цена приемлемая. Безопасность отличная; по какой-то причине в день нашего заселения вся улица была усиленно охранялась полицией. Питание внизу очень удобное, но еда немного неаппетитная. Стоит посетить расположенный неподалеку магазин мороженого.
