호텔에 들어서는 순간 너무 좋았고, 방안은 쾌적하고 깨끗했습니다. 침대나 모든 가구들이 너무 깔끔하고 방 분위기가 너무 좋았습니다. 전체적인 호텔 모든 구석구석 다 좋았습니다!! 다음에도 꼭 다시 이용할거예요!

Excellent location for taking in a show at the Fox and surrounding playhouses in the city. Superb staff!

Great location close to the airport. Shuttle running 24h every day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely come again.

Front desk agent was very nasty and rude at the mouth. Upon returning to the property after eating dinner I was stopped and asked numerous questions and held up from going to my room. I was basically interrogated by the employee before I could go up to my room which was very unprofessional.

It was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!

Недавно я останавливался в отеле Courtland Grand Hotel во время конференции в Атланте. Отель удобно расположен в самом центре города, с удобным доступом к основным площадкам и остановкам общественного транспорта. Просторный вестибюль обладает классическим шармом, а персонал на стойке регистрации был дружелюбным и любезным во время регистрации. Однако были некоторые моменты, которые не удовлетворили. Номер был чистым, но выглядел устаревшим, а освещения было недостаточно. Уборка работала нестабильно: в некоторые дни всё было в наличии, а в другие номера убирали прямо в номере. Лифты также казались медленными, особенно в часы пик. При регистрации не взимали сбор за проезд. На двери номера висело письмо, и войти в номер без него невозможно. Нужно было попросить бесплатную бутылку воды, но при регистрации её так и не предоставили, как и зубной набор. В целом, это достойный выбор, если вы собираетесь посетить мероприятие неподалеку и ищете место в центре, но есть возможности для улучшения удобств и обновления номеров.

My stay at Atlanta Marriott Marquis was great! I was there for one night for a concert and was very comfortable, plus enjoyed a beautiful view of the city from my corner room on the 24th floor which was lovely.

Nice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap. The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.
