the buffet is very good with a lot of diy element. the hotel is very much filled with art pieces which makes it very unique. the onsen is not big but serves its function. the room is clean and tidy.

The architectural design and the decoration of the hotel building is stylish and artistic. It is spacious. The staff are very polite and attentive to your needs. They will give you a guided tour introducing the facilities of the hotel after you completed the check in process. There is a hut with a pool in the garden offering free footbath which is fun. They provide many room choices, including one with in room private onsen and villas where you have more privacy.

This time I traveled with my family, and the hotel was quite nice with very friendly staff. Due to my child's allergies, we couldn't experience the hot springs, which was quite a shame. When checking out, we encountered heavy snow in Eastern Hokkaido, and the bus service was suspended. We're very grateful to the Vietnamese girl at the front desk - she helped us check the bus situation and assisted in booking a taxi to Lake Akan. We didn't miss our subsequent itinerary thanks to her help, and we're really thankful.

A great place to chill and relax. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They will show us area after checkin n bring us to our room. The food in the buffet is also fresh and good.

Breakfast and dinner were great. Onsen was great too. The room was clean and tidy. The common area with fire was nice and relax.

Very nice resort. Love the foot bath and the bird and squirrels area. Very good variety for both breakfast and dinner.

The winter view is superb and I love it so much. Enjoyed the day time outdoor onsen too. Front desk service is good and the staffs tried their best to guide me the info to Abashiri town and transport arrangement to Lake Akan.

非常滿意的酒店，以後出行，鶴雅絕對是第一選擇，比之後入住的北辛夷要好太多了！房間更大，一泊兩食也很合理，自助餐菜品豐富。浴場乾淨且舒適，處處有景觀，步步皆風景。

早就聽到過鶴雅的名字，這是第一次住，果然名不虛傳，酒店的設施配備齊全、環境優美，有很多木雕作品和其他設計、服務沒得説，非常熱情，衞生都不錯，特別是晚餐，很出色！景色也好！

度假村很棒，比較新，很有設計感，房間乾淨整潔，含早晚餐，餐食也很不錯。酒店位置也可以，去景點很方便，可以徒步。那值得推薦～

晚餐有提供螃蟹、蝦子還有小火鍋，現炸天婦羅，有戶外泡腳池，休閒室非常漂亮，附近沒有商店，離網走湖比較遠

這温泉旅館是來網走旅遊不錯的選擇，清潔衞生，房間寬敞，温泉亦很好，自助晚餐不是太多選擇但味道好味，早餐較出色，值得推介。

非常新的一個酒店，裝修風格很有特色，露天足湯真的很適合晚上過去在那個火塔裏面放鬆一下 吃的也很棒，是在北海道吃到品質最好的自助，還單點了一衹毛蟹，真的好吃到失語。其他的種類也都很不錯，相同質量的海鮮在國內吃一吃估計都超過這晚的房費了 然而，酒店比較新管理還有些混亂，我們在房間裏發現蟲子的屍體，自助餐用餐人員分流其實做得很不好，很明顯在峯值超出了餐廳的負載量，我們被擠到第一輪衹能拿完餐具等人都散了以後才能再進去取吃的。 酒店的服務人員可能也都比較新，在介紹餐廳的時候真的是把八股文從頭到尾背給你聽了，早餐我們直接制止了這漫長的説明流程 酒店一樓好像還有家北面的店，其實東西還挺豐富的。 温泉有一塊露天的做得很有感覺，也有巖盤浴可以休息，但是…還是人太多超過容載，想去巖盤浴的時候衣服都沒了完全沒轍 整體感覺是一家很不錯的酒店也真的是很舒服（拋開人多顧不上的話）,相信也希望以後能更好吧！
