The hotel is very well located right next to the ski slopes of La Molina. The service was good, the apartment we had was good, clean and nice. it included an oven/microwave, a TV (Not too big),a mini bar and a safety box. The breakfast was good enough, (Not exceptional, but good)

El apartamento bastante bien equipado, pero le falta mantenimiento. El cuarto de baño / la ducha no en buen estado de mantenimiento. piscina/spa desfasado y no incluido en el precio

A pie de pista . Ubicacion y limpieza muy bien. No podemos decir mucho más porque nos quedamos solo una noche pero estuvimos muy agusto Pareja con bebe

La Molina Guitart Aparthotel is a 4 stars aparthotel next to the snow pist. It has a SPA. If this were the narrative, then it'd be perfect but... The structure is old and far from the feeling you would like to have from a 4 stars hotel and you spend for 3 people for 2 nights about €600. Under the bed there were dust balls. The lock of the door-window that allow you to get to the terrace was broken and fixed with a cheap hook. The garage felt more like an abondoned warehouse, with water in the ski loker, cement walls broken, no 1 sign to understand where to go. Overall the room was decent, large and with what you need for a few days stay, but certainly not for a 4 stars place. The personnel was nice, this is a plus, however they are not very prepared. At the check-in I had to ask all the basic questions (garage, spa, etc...) and a the check-out they got all wrong, from the price I had to pay until using the wrong credit card machine. They calles me 3 times whilst I was skiing and I had to go back to fix thir error before leaving. Again, they have been nice, at least. But too many errors. The hotel restaurant seems more a place for schools than a 4 stars hotel and the variaty of food was...awful. There is onely 1 more restaurant in the area. So, book in advance. The facility is next to the pist, this is great. Shall I suggest you to go? For a quick weekend, if there is now, it is the closest place to Barcelona, and overall not a bad stay. However the lack of facilities in thge area allows them to keep high prices and to offer low standard.

Clean, in good condition and large duplex rooms. Nice spa and pool - you have to pay but this seems normal for La molina. Hearty breakfast. Well located with plenty of free parking outside. Good 4* hotel. For skiing we tried La Masella for 2 days on recommendation of hotel receptionist - snow was pretty good with plenty of runs open. Prepare for ice earlier in the day.

I just can say that this has been one of the best holidays ever! I am very thankful for all of the staff at the Guitart hotel, for their help, their kindness. Then the pool, the restaurant, the food❤️

Very well located right next to the slopes. Very friendly staff and good service. There’s parking at the hotel for an additional fee which is worth paying. Ski rental services and classes right next to the hotel. Buffet restaurant at the hotel and there are other restaurants nearby.

It was the first time we took the kids skiing so we wanted a hotel walking distance from the ski slope. Friends had recommended La Molina for beginners and also this hotel. We rented the larger three bedroom/two bath two story unit and paid for half board, that included breakfast and dinner. The room was clean and had great views. The service in the hotel is very attentive and personable. The front desk, spa, restaurant staff always tried to accomodate our needs. The usage of the pool is at extra cost. There is also a small playroom for young children. All within the hotel, outside parking, the ski slope chairs area there are restaurants, ski/snowboard equipment rental and many ski school options. Overall our Guitart hotel stay was a great experience that made it a home away from home for us.

Es un hotel de mierda, la comida no vale nada, siempre ponen patatas fritas y huevos fritos. El hotel 4 dias me ha costado 400 euros la noche y además la habitación no vale nada. La piscina huele mal y cuando fui había una mierda por la piscina y cojí hongos.

Ubicación muy bonita en plena naturaleza. Habitación era un duplex para 6 personas y todo correcto. Lo único que añadiría es un poco más de variedad en el bufete del desayuno, un poco escaso de variedad. Los kits de limpieza de fregar los platos lo tuvimos que pedir en recepción, opinó que tendrían que estar en el apartamento. 100% recomendable.

Buen lugar para pasar unos días en la Molina. Personal atento y amable. Mención especial a Anna, de recepción. Gran profesional, muy agradable. Apartamento acogedor, luminoso y con camas muy cómodas. El sofá un poco incómodo. Baño con amplia ducha. Limpio, con toallas suficientes y equipado con gel, champú, acondicionador para el pelo e incluso crema hidratante. Tiene lo básico para poder cocinar sin problemas, aunque por comodidad, añadiría unas pinzas para la carne, y una tostadora. El spa pequeño pero suficiente. Sauna, dos jacuzzis y una piscina donde puedes nadar y divertirte. Como punto negativo, la piscina está helada.

El hotel claramente demuestra una falta de mantenimiento. Suelo de la terraza roto con baldosas que se levantan, ventanas con cierres estropeados con un ganchito de puerta de lavabo a modo de cierre, parquet rayado y roto en algunos tramos, un agujero en la pared del baño tapado con papel de vater, ducha que pierde agua, o un teléfono de “atrezzo” que no estaba conectado ni tenía cable alguno… son algunos ejemplos de lo que nos hemos encontrado en la habitación. Nosotros elegimos habitación con balcón que tiene un suplemento, pero es un balcón q no es funcional puesto que no dispone de ningún tipo de mobiliario, así que si quieres leer, tomar el sol, tomar un aperitivo, etc debes sacar las sillas del comedor y usar una mesilla de noche o el taburete del baño como mesa. No entiendo el sentido de pagar más x un balcón cuyo uso es discutible. La atención del personal también es mejorable, demostrando poca experiencia de cara al público tanto en el trato con el cliente como en la resolución de las peticiones. En relación calidad precio me parece desproporcionada dado el estado de los apartamentos, los servicios y las prestaciones que se ofrecen o que muchos de los servicios ofertados son de pago (parking, piscina, etc). El estado actual del hotel no se corresponde con lo ofertado o con la supuesta categoría del hotel.
