Overall everything was great! Coffeemaker in room but no regular coffee just decaffeinated. Asked for wake up call and it never happened.

This is our “go to” Hotel when we are visiting Disneyland. The hotel staff is always great, rooms are clean and the shuttle is very convenient.

Love this hotel! The shuttle to Disneyland is gold and we love the spacious, comfortable rooms. It’s an older hotel but it’s clean, with pretty grounds, an awesome lobby with activities for the kids, nice dining options and friendly employees. A must stay when we visit Disneyland!

As usual the stay was excellent as usual. The staff was friendly and was very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and the Bistro had excellent food. We will be back again soon. Fantastic job to you all.

This hotel is a great place to stay for a Disney trip that doesn't break the bank. Especially after their remodel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and they're in such close vicinity to the park. They also have their own shuttle to transport you there. It's very cozy and sports their own bar and a couple of restaurants in their lounge area, with staff that are genuinely nice. Also, for the extra fairy tale magic, they have story time with princesses for the kids. This place does a good job maintaining the theme park magic for the family without a hefty price tag.

My 2 kids and I stayed here. We enjoyed our visit, kids loved the throwing of the property. We were upgraded to a castle room which was amazing! Shuttle very nice to have.

My family enjoyed our two night stay. We love that this hotel provides a free shuttle to Disneyland. In addition we enjoyed the dinning area and gift shop. We were able to purchase ponchos and umbrella without having to drive to a nearby store.

Staff were very accommodating- front desk quickly moved us to a new room-our room had bathroom leak. Appreciate they validated our parking for inconvenience. No microwave, I’d really hope they would get a handyman that pays attention to detail in work. Fix grout neater, every room cleaner, lamps & lighting same in every room. Air conditioning working in every room, hot water ran out???? If the owners & management would agree to upkeep rooms, this property would be excellent- please update-go through every room fix things . I don’t think we are coming back- will not recommend

Outside of the place and grounds are looking great. Interior lobby area does have a hint of cigar/smoke smell. Not sure how old the hotel is but it does give off old ****** vibes smell and look. I think the stay was ok beds were fine most places now all have memory foam. For reference the kids and I stayed in the unicorn junior suite. Lots of wasted space could really have used some of the space for the bathroom. Nothing wrong with the stay but nothing great either.

We've stayed here before and the first experience we had at the Majestic Gardens helped us decide to revisit this hotel. The rooms are always clean, the bus to and from the park is such a time saver and there are always things going on inside the property.

Is very nice and close to everything store’s mall and Disney

This is my favorite hotel to stay at every time I visit Disneyland!

We had 2 adjoining rooms which was very convenient watching the kids. They provide their own Disney shuttle. The food and lounge had great staff. Our only inconvenience was dining bistro was not open M-Th due to off season I think.
