Great place nice rooms friendly workers

It could have been better.

Room was vey clean. Pillows fluffy. The manager was so thoughtful. Every time we saw him he would ask if there was anything he could do for us. He offered daily bed making if we asked. Since we were there on family business my sister and nieces came for a swim. He came over and personally introduced himself to us, and once again asked if he could do anything for us. The only poor thing that I could say is that there was no coffee pot, but there was fresh coffee in the lobby. We solved this problem by going to the local thrift store and buying a used coffee pot and new filters for about $7. We'll leave it at my sister's house for next time. This meant we could buy some nice coffee at the store, instead of the usual boring, 1 cup at a time, coffee that comes with many hotels. Conveniently located to the freeway, stores, and walking distance to Panera's.

Reviews do seem pretty far and between. But this is for April 2024. Hilton Gold and Marriott Platinum, but everything was 2-5x the price for the night and not worth it for the duration of stay. Very pleasantly surprised. I know being in a wealthy and safe area probably helps and the hotel is renovated…but still very happy with this Days Inn (not sure if I’ve ever stayed in one before). Beds are actually extremely comfortable and rooms are clean. Is it perfect? No, but would highly recommend if you don’t want to spend $300+/night (was only $106 after tax). If I had anything to complain about…a few cosmetic issues in room (paint, etc) and WiFi is slow.

This was one of the best hotel stays I have had in a while. Super clean and maintained property throughout. Get service. Room was modern and bed and pillows were very comfy! 10/10!

Days inn in Pismo is a great place to cool you heels and relax. The rooms are very clean, and the service is definitely different. Check-in is automated and really easy to use. Check out even easier. Judt drop your key and go. I mydelf only have one complaint and that is on our second day of our stay we were told we had to vacate the room until further notice by the local constanulary as the tentents next door wete being raided. But, half a day later we got back in the room and all was well for the rest our stay.

First I paid for a Queen bed and was given a double. Second I do not like the kiosks check in and out. Second I do not like that you have to go to the front desk and ask the remote person on the kiosks for clean towels. Also we had used needles laying in the walk way in front of our door. The room was clean. No coffee pot in the room.

Unorganized! No front desk personal all virtual and the hotel put a $400 hold on my credit card when It only mentioned $100 would be held for a deposit! Will never stay here again.

Although there were not a lot of amenities like hair dryer, or coffee in the room, we did have a fridge, and microwave. The toiletries provided were excellent and we were very happy for the low price we paid. The staff had was kind and helpful. I will stay here again for sure!

The refrigerator did not work. I had to exchange the key cards to the room twice. The WiFi passcode was not given to me so I could not use it. The pool would close every time there was a hint of rain. The toliet paper holder started pulling away from the wall. The virtual assistant thing at the front desk was very customer unfriendly.

I think it is important for people to know that this property was great for the price. All I cared about was a comfortable bed, and that it was quiet and for those things, I definitely give it

The room smelled like dirty mop water . The floor was extremely dirty , had to wear shoes the whole time . I did like the place , just needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Just passing through and was very tired from traveling was comfortable enough to sleep , shower and leave .

Rude and disrespectful onsight staff! Language barrier results in miscomunication and conflict. Just trying to get fresh towels becomes a major task with conflict. Housekeeping lies to management, manager then escalates the lies causing further conflict. All the while one of the maids was smirking behind the managers back while I tried to defend and deescalate the situation. Totally unwarranted and uncalled for. Such a waste of time causing frustration and aggravation that no one should have to endure. Staff is a complete joke, don’t put yourselves thru this, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY! You’ll thank me later!
