Check in time is 2pm but we were able to checkin at 10AM!!! Thankful to this as we’ve arrived around 4am. Parking attendant was superb. Was able to nap at their parking. Also, this is located in the HW

It still has the ambiance of Holiday Inn which is very good. Nice city view from our room. Clean and quality bed sheets and duvet. Highly recommended!

It my no longer the same holiday inn, yet the bond and the ambience was still there. I hope to visit this hotel again soon and still be able to meet the faces that I met here last year.

I can't help but compare to the old Holiday Inn. The place feels gloomy. It's not very lively at all. You will certainly notice the lack of maintenance and lack of customers. The positives: The staff are very friendly. Decent selection for breakfast. Still has the comforts in the room from Holiday Inn. Highly recommend their High Tea for 299+ from 2pm to 5pm. Great food and value for money!

Very nice hotel。 But, It would be better if there is more pork for breakfast buffet, as my parent and me is non-beef.

整體湊合吧，在異國他鄉也不過多挑剔。性價比肯定不如國內，這個酒店的品質在國內最多賣兩三百

사진보다시설도낡고 조식도 3성급보다못하고 기본적인것도안되어 있고담배도 안피는사람에게 담배피었다고사진찍어 청구하고 방키잃어버렸다고 1000페소씩이나 페널티 물리고 시설 서비스 등 기본이 안된호텔임 다시오고싶지않은 호텔임

This Hotel was TERRIBLE my family had a big party here and employees took some of the food and throw leftover food they claim it went bad. Rooms has no soap, shampoo etc… they tried to hold us on premises be causes they claim we are missing a key card to surrender. Manager Donna was not a friendly person to deal with does not know how to smile not accommodating at all, she was charging us extra 2 hours but telling us to only use 30 mins of it. NEVER go to this hotel if you do not want to regret a well planned vacation.

We stay here for 3 days it was great that we choose this hotel. The breakfast buffet was great and all the employees Also thankyou to Ms. Shane in the reception for a excellent service when we arrived at the hotel. A thoroughly lovely hotel. Must stay here if your planning to go in baguio.

Very friendly staff Nice size rooms Lukewarm shower Don’t loose your room key, they will charge you $20 Location is ok. Close to SM mall If I came back to Bagio I would probably stay somewhere else. Not because I can’t live without a hot shower but I think I would like to be walking distance to the city.

Cleanliness: 0/10 dust are everywhere. We even ask for the staff to clean up the room, but there’s still dust everywhere. Service: 1/10 Staff are grumpy, literally. They at least tried to clean the room AGAIN, but STILL dust everywhere. Overall didn’t enjoy the stay here at Ion hotel. Best opt, the orchard hotel.
