В номере возле дороги очень шумно! ! Кондиционер тоже работал очень шумно.Я не мог спать всю ночь.Посреди ночи в туалете ползали гекконы! ! Это очень плохой опыт на Бали.Обслуживания практически нет.На стойке регистрации только один официант.Заранее заказанный завтрак не был готов, когда пришло время...

All is good. New and clean. Service tip top. Just the location abit far from food restaurants and attractions. And the breakfast is ala carte not buffet. But overall, it was a cozy villa.

High privacy . The villa is nice and comfortable. The food in hotel restaurant is good .

酒店泳池不乾淨，我們在泳池玩的時候踩到了啤酒瓶蓋，給到前台，衹是收走了蘋果並未道歉，可以加馬殺雞進房間，前台價格表如下，瓶裝水給很多就是不知道是怎麼灌裝的，前台還幫我美元換了印尼盾，酒店前台旁邊就是餐廳可以吃早飯，平常是泰餐廳，泰餐可以叫到房間，衹不過上菜很慢很慢，不好吃，酒店步行不遠就有那個峇里島超有名的豬肉店，去吃完走回來十幾分鍾，走半個小時會到一個超級大超市可以買特產之類的，總之不錯。

Stayed one night after returning from Nusa Lembongan. Such a treat to finish our holiday on a luxurious high. Beautiful villa, really comfortable and quiet. Had afternoon tea and breakfast delivered to room. Staff attentive and helpful. Walk into Sanur, and the new Shopping Centre.

I had an amazing stay ! The room was very clean and mantained.. Staff were very help full and kind (esp. Meli) The place are close by supermarket and restaurant (walking distance) and near sanur beach . Everthing perfect! Thanks sanora 💙, will be back soon when we're holiday to bali again ☺️

Good place for family closed to beach and city. Good for couple either. The building is new, and have good tech in the room. Netflix and alexa availble in every room. Option for one and two bedroom available in this place. And it good choice for customer

Good location, excellent design, wonderful service staff. Some amenities in need of replacement/small repairs (eg. rain shower head clogged, rattan chair nails jutted out). Housekeeping overlooked minor details but not serious (eg. didn’t count wineglass before we checked in and asked us about it when we checked out). The pool is wonderful, the AC strong, Netflix abounds, although that night bird song we could do without; but nature-friendly is the Balinese nature after all. Overall great value for a short vacation with friends. Highly recommended!

Stay one night only but has a good experience. Next time could stay longer. Very nice place, friendly staff. One thing needed tho it’s has different name on the maps it’s side the Restaurant not the villa, a little bit confusing but overall is good and absolutely recommended.

Can’t wait to coming back again to this Villa in Sanur, we have time to relax while enjoy the netflix they provide and Smart Living Room inside. So woowww🫶🏻, to be honest this villa will be on my list When I come back to Bali. Surely will recommend to other people, you have to visit guys✨🤍

It is located next to main street - loud trucks and scooters all day and night. if you like a dark, quiet room for sleeping this is not the place for you. Additionally the air conditioning is very loud but needs to remain on to cool the room. The top part of the room is open with slatted blinds that can’t be closed - letting in lots of light - especially if neighboring villas have their lights on. Or anytime after the sun comes up. No hand towels provided, only 2 bath towels provided (for 3 guests), the hand soap next to both sinks were empty, It has a coffee machine, but the capsules is paid, no problem we ask for capsules and they bring us for next day despite on our remind three times. the towels was very worn and stained. The water in the pool was terrible.

We chose to stay here because it came up as #1 traveller ranked hotel in Sanur on trip advisor. However, I am not sure why - as it was definitely not one of our favourite stays (and on closer inspection many of the high rated reviews have only 1 contribution - leading us to think some may not be legitimate). There were positives and negatives but due to the heavy weighing of the positive reviews I will start with the negatives so others don’t make the same mistakes as us, or at least are more informed. NEGATIVES: 1. Location - The biggest problem is definitely the location. It is located on a busy bypass - loud trucks and scooters all day and night. It is a 15 minute walk to Sanur main ***** and beach. We have no problem walking, however the first 7 minutes are along the bypass with crumbling or non existent foot path and often scooters driving along the wrong way down the side. It is not a pleasant walk. Of course you can catch a taxi/transport every time you want to go somewhere but we prefer to walk as much as possible when on holidays and this was the biggest negative by far for us. There are a few warungs nearby - but these are mostly targeted towards locals. 2. Sleep quality - if you like a dark, quiet room for sleeping this is not the place for you. Firstly it is noisy - the bypass is very loud all night and is only about 20m away. Additionally the air conditioning is very loud but needs to remain on to cool the room - you could of course wear earplugs. And although there are black out curtains in the bedrooms - the top part of the room is open with slatted blinds that can’t be closed - letting in lots of light - especially if neighbouring villas have their lights on (which kindly the staff did patch over the window for us) or the pool lights which cannot be switched off bleeding in lots of light. Or anytime after the sun comes up. Plus the extremely bright light from the air-conditioning unit (which we ended up taping over). Of course you can wear an eye mask too, but again these are many compromises that I have never experienced in the many different types of accomodation we have stayed in. 3. Attention to detail - it felt like a lot of things were missing - no hand towels provided (and when we asked for them they brought extremely stained hand towels and didn’t replace them the following day), only 2 bath towels provided (for 3 guests - we had a baby with us which they knew about) and no pool towels, no conditioner, the hand soap next to both sinks were empty, the kitchen didn’t include much at all (only two teaspoons, no forks, no knives, nothing to cut food with despite providing a chopping board, small frying pan) - just felt like a lot was missing from the amenities we are used to or would expect in a villa with a kitchenette. They also didn’t provide turn down service despite saying they do in their guide. Any request we asked for was completed however we felt like asking for basic things like hand towels was a bit unreas

I swear, this villa is really good, all the amenities we need are here❤️🩷 and we really feel comfortable staying here because the staff are friendly and cleanliness is always their priority this villa is also not too far for us if we want to walk to the beach , I'm already thinking about planning to stay there again, thank you to the staff who helped us and made our holiday easier, you really left beautiful memories for us
