The hotel provide one time free transport for your stay which is good if you are travelling in big group. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They will help to arrange transportation (taxi) if needed. The check in and check out service is also pretty fast. There are also complementary drinks that you may self service. The hotel helps us to keep our big luggages for 2 days while we went up to Alishan. The location is a convenience access to some of the tourist places as well as the night market nearby.

The room comes with a small balcony, overall is clean and good. It has a bath tub too, enjoy ourself there for 2nights! The night market is also in walking distance, quite convenience!

The lobby manager and staff are very friendly and provided excellent service! I would like to pick up this hotel as my favourite stay in my Taiwan trip!

Booked the Classic Triple Room, room was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel also allowed us to store our luggage with them overnight, even after checkout, as we wanted to go up Alishan with lighter luggage. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. There was also a 火鸡肉饭店 nearby that was very yummy. Would stay here again if I were to visit Chiayi again.

Very good location to key places of interests. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Hotel is located at busy street so do be prepared for noise from the heavy traffic aka room’s sound proofing not very ideal.

Good service . Hotel was fully booked . I ended up one day earlier . Cancellations and amendments were are very well handled . Perfect for stay .

Everything is good. The only lacking is that the hotel doesn’t informed in the description that for muslim friendly breakfast, you need to request 3 days prior before checking in. 

A convenient location to night market and some tourist attractions, plenty of character eateries around to choose.  Experienced Free upgrading to 3 ppl room with more spaces, staff are of nice service attitude

The hotel is very well located and the beds are comfortable. I didn't like too much the aspect of old and the very dark lights, I felt constantly itching for example. Plus the gym is ridiculous, there's no even mat or proper dumbells, which was a bit frustrating as I chose this place because there was a gym.

The location is quite good, close to main business streets with plenty of famous local foods.

The hotel is less than 15 minutes walk to the night market. There are a few restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the Hinoki village and the Railway Forest Park. The hotel interior is clean, spacious and well maintained. There was also a balcony with a table and seats. Staffs were very helpful.

Gotten the Japanese theme room. Abit dark for lighting aspect but overall decent location with dedicated parking. Within 10 mins walk to nearby night market

Room is clean. Staff is friendly. It is also near to the night market. But the price seems a bit high.
