Atlantica Oasis o feel пережил свой расцвет и приходит в упадок. Плюсы: номера большие, относительно чистые и обслуживаются большую часть времени. Еда хорошая, но через две недели начинает надоедать. Филлип на ресепшене милый, вежливый и услужливый. Взрослый бассейн достаточно тихий. Еда a la carte была хорошей. Я не могу пожаловаться на еду. Минусы: территория бассейна грязная и никогда не моется шлангом и не чистится должным образом. Она такая грязная и липкая, что ваша обувь прилипает к плитке, и много мух. Столы не протираются и не убираются. Персонал бара у бассейна жалкий и никогда не вступает в разговор, просто грубый. Для всего, что вы заказываете или имеете, вам нужно назвать номер своей комнаты, что становится очень однообразным. Если вы семья и хотите пойти к семейному бассейну, будьте готовы стоять в очереди за шезлонгом около 7 утра. Взрослый бассейн нормальный. Развлечения плохие и проходят по еженедельному расписанию. «Главная сцена» состоит из бинго каждый вечер, за которым следуют развлечения для детей 5-8 лет. Мы сидели там только 2 раза, и это было мучительно с подростками. Справедливо сказать, что нашим подросткам было чертовски скучно. Бар для взрослых был очень джазовым и располагался на круизном лайнере, и все практически закрывалось к 11 вечера. Им нечего было делать, кроме 15-минутной игры в водное поло каждый день. Развлечения были определенно скучными. Вы получаете либо итальянский опыт, либо a la Carte. Мы выбрали a la Carte, что было приятно, если честно. Вечер барбекю и греческий вечер нужно было бронировать. За исключением греческой музыки, играющей в "Geek Night", оба опыта были одинаковыми. Что касается персонала, за исключением Филиппа и пожилого бармена в баре для взрослых, я нашел персонал довольно сварливым и несчастным. Они не вступали в разговор и временами были грубы. Это не вина отеля, но нам явно не сказали о местоположении отеля. Он довольно грубый, и здесь нечего делать, никаких маленьких магазинчиков или суеты, так сказать, только McDonalds и KFC. Вам нужно сесть на автобус, чтобы добраться до старого города/порта, где немного больше ночной жизни/магазинов/ресторанов. Это примерно 20/25 минут езды. Единственное, что понравилось моим подросткам, это посещение боулинга в My Mall, который стоит 5 фунтов стерлингов за игру, но это добрых 35 минут на автобусе. Приеду ли я сюда снова? Нет. Грязный бассейн, отвратительный персонал и отсутствие развлечений. Отель огромный, и в этом месте нет никакого личного контакта.

Это был худший отпуск, в котором я когда-либо был. Я забронировал Atlantica Oasis, основываясь на отзывах на Trip Advisor и TUI. Я, мой партнер и мой 12-летний сын прилетели сюда. Номер был нормальный, но меньше, чем было заявлено, а балкона практически не было. Все трое из нас не могли там сидеть. Еда, которая была в виде шведского стола (особенно завтрак), была ужасной, на вкус странной, все было одинаково каждый день, а напитки из автомата были еле теплыми и ужасными на вкус каждое утро. Нам приходилось ждать, пока бар у бассейна откроется в 10 утра, чтобы получить приличный прохладительный напиток. В 7 утра все буквально выплывали, чтобы занять шезлонг, люди буквально бежали. Если вы не выходили в 7 утра ровно в это время, вам не достался шезлонг. Бассейн был мрачным и грязным. Это было толстое черно-зеленое кольцо грязи по всем краям бассейна. Было так много кошек, которые запрыгивали на ваши шезлонги и лежали на ваших полотенцах, несколько раз по утрам я находил кошек, лежащих на наших полотенцах. Не помогало и то, что люди постоянно кормили их и заставляли ходить по курорту. Они также запрыгивали на столы, чтобы съесть остатки еды. Номера никогда не убирались должным образом, и на пятый день нашего отпуска мне пришлось попросить уборщиков убрать и поменять использованные стаканы в нашем номере, поскольку они не убирали их. Было необычайно много мух... постоянно садились на вас, каждые две минуты вы чувствовали, как они ползают по вашей коже, поэтому было так трудно спокойно лежать, читать книгу или загорать, потому что вы постоянно отбивали мух. Мероприятия в течение дня были скудными, не совсем подходящими для разных возрастных групп, особенно для подростков/подростков, им действительно нечего делать, кроме футбола. У них есть рестораны (которые на самом деле не были ресторанами, а просто отделенной частью курорта), где вы могли забронировать еду только один раз за время вашего пребывания. Меню a la carte было ужасным выбором, ничего действительно не подходящего для детей. В итоге мы вышли и пошли в пристань. Ресторан BBQ был ужасным, еда была безвкусной, часть мяса имела странный запах и вкус, и не было курицы, только свинина. Если бы музыка почти не играла у бассейна, было бы очень тихо, что я нахожу странным для семейного курорта. Единственным плюсом было то, что отель находился в нескольких минутах езды от пристани, где было много хороших ресторанов, где можно было бы поесть, коктейли и выбор напитков в отеле были довольно хорошими, а персонал был дружелюбным. Это определенно НЕ 4-звездочный отель, честно говоря, худшее место, где я когда-либо останавливался. Пожалуйста, если у вас есть семья, особенно если у вас есть подростки, не бронируйте этот отель. Я действительно опустошен.

Очень хорошее место, бассейн был прекрасным, чистым, и самое неприятное, что здесь всегда есть полотенца для загара! Персонал был очень вежлив и организован. Всегда помогал, и особых вопросов никогда не было. Отличное место в целом!

Здравствуйте, мне очень нравится проводить время в отеле. Я останавливался там со своим ребенком 1 месяц, она прекрасно провела время. Спасибо Андри и Эшли и всей лучшей команде! Это была отличная еда, очень чистые люди в отеле, которые там работали очень хорошо. Это как семья. Лучший отель, где я был. Я обязательно вернусь!

Отличный персонал в отеле Atlantic в Лимассоле, все дружелюбные, как и все киприоты, которых мы встретили в отпуске, снаружи не очень красиво, но внутри чисто и ухоженно, наша спальня (2252) была идеальной, кровати были немного тесноваты для двухместного номера, но мы передвигались, чтобы получить больше Пространство, туалет был хорошего размера, душ с сильным напором воды, маленькие лифты, но никогда не приходилось долго ждать, британские розетки в номерах и розетки, не относящиеся к ЕС, на главной двери есть сигнализация, которая издает низкий тон, если она не закрыта должным образом, что очень сбивает с толку. Варианты питания были довольно запутанными. стандартно и ничего вау, но всегда было что-то, хотя и несколько повторяющееся. «А ля карт» отличное соотношение цены и качества для гостей AI, завтрак хорошо приготовленные блюда, может быть, в конце сезона меньше выбора, персонал снова отличный и дружелюбный. Бассейн хороший, много кроватей и бездомных кошек, но это кажется стандартным на Кипре, хорошо подходит для автобусных маршрутов у подножия холма, автобусы до старого порта частые и дешевые. Хороший отель, не так много минусов, но плюсы их компенсируют.

Абсолютно фантастический отель. Мы путешествовали семьей из четырех человек в течение полугодия октября. Мы приехали поздно вечером, и нас встретили свежим апельсиновым соком и бутербродами в ресторане. Чемоданы принесли в наш номер. Никаких войн соляриев по утрам, и это было здорово, не нужно вставать, чтобы занять место в 6 утра, как в некоторых местах, всегда были свободные лежаки. Еда в этом отеле замечательная, разнообразная и всегда горячая. Свежие карри несколько вечеров, вечера в китайской тематике, свежеиспеченная пицца на обед. Вечер барбекю был потрясающим! Развлечения не разочаровали: каждый вечер было какое-то шоу или игра, в том числе огненные шоу, фокусники, клоуны, от которых нас трясло. Денежное бинго каждый вечер (мы выиграли – ура). Команда аниматоров - Дэн, Эшли и Эми отлично ладили с детьми и взрослыми! Постоянно в пути и заставил вас чувствовать себя как дома. Номера довольно простые, но чистые и просторные. Единственное, за что мы можем раскритиковать отель, это плохое освещение в номерах, но в остальном мы не можем винить это место вообще. Весь персонал, персонал стойки регистрации, ресторана и бара дружелюбный, внимательный и отзывчивый. Нам не терпится вернуться сюда когда-нибудь в будущем! Еще раз огромное спасибо всему персоналу и команде аниматоров!!!

Don’t even bother the dirtiest hotel, with the grumpiest staff and nothing for the children to do. No evening entertainment. The hotel is in an awful location it’s in the ghetto of Cyprus. Near nothing. The maintenance is poor and well the mattresses would make you puke at the state of them. It’s unsafe for children and the food is not suitable for them. Adult hotel trying to cater for families. TUI sold an absolute dream and we got disaster it’s nothing like the advert

Hotel is located in a busy residential area with significant traffic noise. The surrounding area appears run down and is under development. It is listed as a 4 star. I agree with rating which does vary according to country you visit. Having visited the Bahamas, Turkey, Benidorm and Cyprus, their 4 star rating all seem to be different but generally a good standard. Limasol and the Marina and Old town are a 15 min bus ride which is cheap at €2 per person each way and every 15 mins. But there is not a great deal to see apart from some shops and promenade which is pleasant. There is a local small zoo which is OK but slightly old and tired looking. The hotel and amenities appear to have gone under some recent decoration and modernising. The general cleanliness is good, with the pool area and sunbeds modern and appetising. Pool bar serves local drinks and cocktails in plastic glasses which I understand for health and safety. The cafe bar serves snacks and pastries to eat in or take away. The restaurant is busy but staff escort you to your seat and take drink orders promptly. The food selection at all meal times is buffet style. Which we found to be good variety and quality with no issue all all. There are activities run daily outside by entertainment staff who do well to include all guests, including aqua aerobics, water polo, killer pool or darts, quizzes and bowls. This is continued into the evening with bingo, quizzes and karaoke. It is not until May that the entertainment commences properly and is then held outside in additional bar area with various visiting acts which are generally good. The staff overall are very polite, helpful and will assist promptly. Hotel room cleanliness is generally good, and you can leave a switch on your door indicating room cleaning required etc. Hotel rooms look fresh, having appeared to have been recently decorated in white. They have large modern smart TV, WiFi, fridge, free safe and tea coffee making facilities. Our room had a balcony as requested but looked out onto entrance of Hotel which was a little noisy. I would recommend paying extra for a pool view or similar. Overall a lovely hotel, but the local area limits you to the hotel and it's amenities which whilst are good does limit your experience of Cyprus.

The hotel is ok but the area is rubbish. There is nothing in the local vicinity for tourists and it is a very noisy built up city area, with loud motorbikes on the streets at night. The old town is 7km away. Paphos is an hours drive away. I felt a little imprisoned at the hotel. There is a supermarket a few mins away and a pub across the road. I walked to the old town (approx 2 hrs), going past lots of russian jewelry shops, but decided to take the bus back, which costs 2 euros per trip. It wasn't the nicest stroll until you get closer to the new harbour area. There are some local excursions but most are in the Paphos or Troodos areas which are a little drive away (approx 1hr to Paphos), so make sure you factor this in as it then becomes quite a long day out. The pool areas are great, plenty of sunbeds and the pool was nice to swim in. The adults only pool was very nice but a bit colder than the main pool! The all inclusive is ok but.... they serve the soft drinks (1 per customer at a time) in small paper cups, so if you're thirsty you may as well stay at the bar. There are no self serve soft drinks other than the water machines. The alcoholic drinks are served in plastic glasses which are much better. The hotel claim to be environmentally friendly using paper cups. In reality, they end up using far too many paper cups because they are too small. There is no reason why they couldn't serve soft drinks in the same plastic glasses. I think they have chosen profit over environment. I had an issue with my room but Marianna on reception was brilliant and moved me without any fuss. I arrived on 19th April which, apparently, is out of season despite the hotel being quite busy. The evening entertainment was not worth going to - quiz, bingo or Karaoke. Maybe later in the year it's better? The rooms are fine - AC works, bed is comfy, bathroom is ok. It's all just fine but i can understand why some say it is starting to look a little tired. The WiFi works very good throughout the whole hotel and the grounds. The food is the standard buffet style with a 'live' cooking station. The pizza's were nice when fresh. In general there was a good selection in keeping with most all inclusive buffet style restaurants. The usual problem was all the hot food was luke warm at best. If they had a microwave - there would be a queue for it! Other than breakfast there were no self serve drinks - it was all done by waiter so make sure you grab the one taking the orders when you get seated. Summary - the hotel is just ok but the area is not. I would not recommend Limassol as a holiday destination and i would not go back to this hotel or area.

Excellent staff! Filipp In particular was just amazing! He remembered our names, that was a lovely personal touch. He couldn’t do more to make our stay perfect, super attentive! He’s a real asset to the team. Hotel was lovely & clean, the food was excellent! Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Hotel was lovely clean food was very good like most all inclusive holidays wasn’t always piping hot but plenty of choice. Pool area was clean although adults only pool was very cold. Cocktails amazing rooms clean and view lovely we requested a pool view. There was one young lady behind reception her name is Elda never raised a smile and always spoke abruptly she was a misery and we didn’t like to go to reception when she was on as we didn’t know how we was going to be treated Restaurant staff did not stop worked tirelessly all shift except for one her name was Carmen fishing out orders to the waiters and cleaners yet when she was showing guests to their seats and a queue was forming they would jump in to help out to shorten the queue to only receive the rough end of her tongue for doing her job. Indoor pool was lovely clean but a bit cold €2 for bus ride to the mall port marina good value for money the beach and sea were very clean and we had the best time entertainment was good some better than others but you get that wherever you go I would return that’s for sure

We’ve just come back from our second stay at this lovely hotel. It’s been a few years since our last visit and we were delighted to see the same high quality service from all staff that made us want to come back. Check in was swift and our room was perfect. We requested a pool view and were delighted when we opened our balcony doors to be greeted with one. The pool has been refurbished since our last visit and although freezing cold, we braved it and found it to be fine once over the initial shock. There were plenty of comfortable sun loungers (although I don’t think this will be the case in peak season). The only downside of the pool area is the cats, who use the flower beds as toilets. Cat poo and hot weather are not a winning combination. I love cats and have no issue with them. However, after being assured by hotel staff they would send the maintenance team to clean up, it never happened whilst we were there. The food is the best all inclusive I have been to. There is so much choice and everything is fresh and looks appealing as well as tasting delicious. The Zeta bar was a lovely place to enjoy the evening with friends and the staff are very attentive. Prince was particularly good and would remember our orders and be ready with the next round when he noticed our drinks were running low. We love this hotel, however, we have decided to look at the Atlantica Golden Sands in Paphos for our next holiday. Our only reason being, it’s adults only. The Nags Head pub opposite was also great for a night out and a change of scenery. The wine on the all inclusive is not to my taste, so it was nice to have a glass of cold Pinot Grigio. Whilst we didn’t eat there, the food we saw coming out looked really good. All round great holiday and I highly recommend it.

Family time We have just returned from.an amazing week at this hotel we are a family of ten .I want to say a massive thank you to the entertainment team Ashleigh & her team nika & chantel you really made our hoilday . We read reviews before we went some was not great some were lovely we can't not fault anything .We stayed in room 2477 which over looked the main pool which was lovely to wake to every morning yes there's cats around which if you don't bother with them they leave you alone Fillppi on recpection was very helpful when we got there as we got they late they had laid some food on all the staff on recpection were very friendly the restaurant staff work really hard & very Friendly Andrea's on the Bar was lovely .The entertainment was great we loved the couples quiz in which we entered the entertainment was different every night we had fire dancers, magican,juggler singer, dancers our favourite ,s were sean lynch ,& angelo the juggler . There was bingo every night kids mini disco .The food was lovely I'm a very fussy eater but found something every day so no complaints from us .You go on hoilday to have fun hoildays are what you make it we also made some good friends so don't listen to the negative reviews .My only one thing I would say which is not a big issue but it's our only negative there's nothing around you apart from a few shops .we went in the old town which was disappointing as like to see the old side of country's but the marina was beautiful . In all we a amazing holiday & loved the hotel .
