This was the worst hotel and customer service I have EVER experienced in my life!!!!! The staff was not understanding and booking through trip was a disaster. I booked “beach front” through trip.com and the hotel say “standard” even though my receipt and confirmation said “beachfront”. Not only would the hotel not honor it, trip.com neither the hotel can switch rooms or issue a refund. Instead I was told by the front desk to “not book third parties” and can pay the difference for another room. Once trip.com decided to issues a refund by giving points, the staff then said “you checked in already, you can’t switch rooms”,and that “no refund can be issued” as if the room I booked through trip.com was the right now.

Great stay! We had a room with a kitchenette and two queen beds. The room was spacious, and everything was clean. There was a full sized fridge and a 4-burner stovetop. The beds were so comfy! The room was a little bit older, but everything was functional and served it’s purpose. The property was quiet and family oriented. The only semi-complaint was that the pools were freezing. Obviously, most of that was due to it not being super hot yet, but even the hot tubs weren’t very warm. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the indoor pool because that one was like ice. But again, if the weather would’ve been warmer, it probably wouldn’t have been so cold. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was good for sleeping! It did have a stove and refrigerator in the room

Room was really old and had some mold in shower. The view was beautiful and it was perfect distance to the softball fields.

Exelent location accesibility cleanliness and good staffing
