Отличный отель

Простыни чистые, администратор очень приятный, просто вестибюль не очень хорошо оформлен.

Это трудно объяснить. Когда я поехал туда, это был Национальный день Швейцарии. Не знаю, было ли из-за этого цены такие высокие. Внизу есть все ближневосточные рестораны.Я не ожидал, что это так.Это дало мне ощущение "жизни в маленьком городке на 18-м ярусе"... Больше туда не пойду. Но стоит сказать одно: отношение официанта было в порядке.

Китайский вариант фермерского дома стоит 3000 за ночь, нет ни кондиционера, ни тапочек, ни мыла, ни карты номера, кровать очень неудобная, отделка относительно простая, гигиену балкона нужно улучшить. Внизу есть индийский ресторан, очень шумный. Отель Swiss Quality, в котором я остановился вчера, был дешевле, чем этот отель, по крайней мере, он был нормальным, и в нем были тапочки и переупакованный гель для душа. Короче говоря, если у вас есть выбор, старайтесь не выбирать этот, соотношение цена/качество слишком низкое. Расположение в порядке, есть китайский прием.

We expected a bad experience when we looked at the Google review but was pleasantly surprised by the actual room presented to us. We had a quadruple room and saw a near-new bathroom, in contrast of the photos we saw on Google review. Apart from the bathroom, the room itself is a bit of a disappointment, the one of the bed frames were faulty and one of us had to sleep with her hips lowered to the floor. And the other facilities were outdated, but they were at least clean. Our overall experience was pleasant, but similar to most things in Switzerland, the price was a little steep, but probably one of the cheaper hotels in the area.

Easy connection by bus to Interlaken OST and can walk to Interlaken West. The bed is comfortable. The washing basin is outside toilet. Some may find it convenient but not my type. The Chinese restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel is quite good.

Stayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion).

The location is decent & the staff seems okay. Very deceptive photos most rooms in poor condition from what I can see. Whoever owns this hotel puts little to no upgrades or effort into improving the building . It’s been probably 30 years since they’ve improved the hotel. The bathrooms were kind of dirty & not updated at all. There was no AC in our room. Not enough towels for 4 guests, only 3. We booked through Trip.com and we’re promised 4 beds for 4 people but we arrived here& the staff said that we only got three beds if we wanted to fourth bed on the ground it would cost an additional $35 a night. She said that two people can sleep in twin bed if there’s a problem. If your tourist standards are about average I would be very cautious staying here. Price is high for what you receive.

Very nice clean place to stay

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Toscana in Interlaken. The hotel may look beautiful in pictures, but the reality is far from it. I strongly advise against paying more than CHF 120 a night, as the value for money is simply not there. The only advantage of this hotel is its convenient location, being just one station away from the main rail station. However, this is not a significant advantage as there are other hotels in the area that are just as conveniently located along bus routes. During my stay, I encountered numerous issues that made it a regrettable experience: - The hotel gave us a double room despite being informed in advance that three people would be staying, and they charged my daughter separately. - Instead of rectifying the mistake, the staff wanted to charge an additional CHF 50 per night for an extra bed. - The room was not cleaned for several days, and we had to repeatedly request additional towels as they only provided two despite three guests. - In the midst of summer, the only cooling option provided was a tiny fan, which was insufficient. - The hotel has restaurants downstairs that are predominantly Indian and Chinese, resulting in high noise levels that made opening windows for ventilation impossible. - There were no amenities provided in the rooms, such as coffee or water. Overall, Hotel Toscana was a complete waste of money. It was our longest stay during our trip and sadly, the worst experience. The lack of care and attention to customer satisfaction was evident throughout our stay, leaving us extremely disappointed.

front desk team wasn't the friendliest though definitely efficient. rooms weren't the cleanest. adequate space to put up and sleep for the night during our time in interlaken.

Although location is good near Interlaken West station, price is too expensive during holiday seasons, while the quality is quite disappointing. Building is old and rooms are not clean. Too noisy from restaurants downstairs and loud music volume from other buildings. Overall the hotels in Interlaken are similar, suggest to figure out more about hotels in Grindelwald instead.

This hotel offers great comfort for travelers like us. The room is generously spacious and well-equipped. Conveniently located near a bus stop and not too far from Interlaken West Train Station, it made exploring easy. The receptionist even provided us with a free public transport pass within Interlaken. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
