К сожалению, в этом отеле нет ничего хорошего, кроме расположения, маленьких номеров со старыми грязными подушками и простынями с пятнами крови, и они никогда не меняют их в течение 3 ночей, очень старые рваные полотенца, большинство сотрудников даже не улыбаются и не отвечают на приветствия, шум дороги раздражает, спина дверь в номер не закрывается, мне открыли номер без стука в дверь, которая не запирается изнутри, вообще это даже не однозвездочный отель.

Расположение, безусловно, лучшее. Рядом рынок, напротив трамвайной остановки. 5 минут пешком от старого базара. Рынок, рестораны все. Честно говоря, меня не впечатлили номера, которые в Интернете выглядели лучше, чем настоящие. Приличный завтрак, и вам, возможно, придется заплатить, если вы хотите омлет или яйцо на ваш выбор {всего 15 лир}

出行很方便，離地鐵站很近，酒店門口不遠處就有路面電車站，真的是遊玩的好住處。早歺也很豐富，完全可以向親友推薦。

Тот факт, что нас посетил друг, очевидно, был большой проблемой, поэтому они звонили нам несколько раз! Не хватает доверия по сравнению с моим опытом в других отелях Стамбула. Персонал был очень дружелюбным и услужливым, но решение руководства о гостевых визитах не в порядке.

прибытие в номер Есть только одно окно, закрытое забором, похоже на тюрьму !! . Ночью около 4 утра просыпаемся от шума отопления и утром около 8 утра! Просим поменять номер идём на другой, раз окно большое, но потолок сырой, матрас очень жёсткий просыпаемся с болью в спине. На самом деле это не 4 звезды !!!!!!!!

I will never recommend this Hotel to anyone the manager and the owner are very very rude. The manager threat us if we don't pay for a socket, which i had lent from him with his permission that to for a night in emergency because we lost our socket which I bought from the him earlier, he threat us that if we don't pay him in our absence he will take our luggage. He didn't end here he disrespect us very badly and treated us like we are beggars that to for just 30 TL. He spoiled my nightout party. We didn't felt safe in this hotel. Request everyone not to choose this hotel we had really very very bad experience. Rooms are also very very small. There was no coordination from the hotel when we asked for some information about the city. Also when i asked for sewing kit from the reception the manager sent me broken sewing needle on request from another he said he don't have other i trusted him but i was shocked to see when other day I told a staff about the kit he immediately gave me 2 kit. Seriously this hotel doesn't provide a warm and safe environment for tourist.

They are not the nicest people. They Wanted to charge us extra for our 9 year old child because they were claiming that she should be counted as an adult. They Wanted 30 euros extra per night. We refused to pay and called destinia right away in front of them and as som as they saw us calling destinia they backed and said that its ok and We dont have to pay. They tried to get more money but didnt succeed. The only good thing is the location. But i Will NEVER go back to this hotel.

Hotel with smallest of rooms. Front desk guy is rude., especially if u cannot speak local language. Never ever as a tourist book this place, had a horrible experience. The whole Turkey experience was ruined by staying in this place for 2 days.

I like this hotel on several accounts: 1. Locationwise, it is central and easy to remember especially for tourist like me. 2. Small room yet complete what you need for and quality fixtures 3. Breakfast has variety of choices, plenty of local cuisine which I enjoyed a lot. 4. Friendly and helpful reception both at frontdesk and restaurant 5.I like tha restaurant has rooftop view. Nice to admire the sky in the morning. 6. Very clean. Suggestion: reading lamp

It was not a good expierence, had to change room because of smoking smell. Washroom was not up to mark. Breakfast was ok. Will not stay again

Its was my fourth stay at this hotel, again i enjoyed my trip, the staff in hotel like a family. Thabk to reception manager mr mohammed and thanks to the conceirhe mr serkan, we will back only to this hotel.

I liked the stay. But room temperature was bit cold. Location great

The room was small and the light was dim. When we checked in there was an issue with the water but they fixed it an hour later. The Internet connection was almost non existing.. However, the staff were all nice and welcoming and the hotel is close to the tram station.
