Этот отель действительно отличный. Я очень доволен. Очень тихо. Номер большой. Завтрак обильный и вкусный. Единственная горячая еда — яичница. Все отлично.

Этот отель нам порекомендовал член семьи. Отличное соотношение цены и качества и отличное расположение. Однако наш номер по прибытии был хорошего размера, что поначалу было потрясающе. Однако, встав очень рано на рейс, мы подумали, что немного поспим перед тем, как снова пойти на ужин вечером... не очень хорошая идея, так как наш номер выходил на красивую церковь. Звучит хорошо, но это определенно не было так, когда колокола в церкви звонят каждый час, а затем следуют раздражающие мелодии после каждого звонка. В тот первый вечер или ночь мы не спали, и все начинается снова смехотворно рано утром. Вот вам и расслабляющий отдых!! После посещения стойки регистрации на следующий день, они, к счастью, смогли переселить нас в другой номер с видом на внутренний двор. Унылый вид, но такой тихий, что было здорово. Я бы порекомендовал этот отель, так как он отлично расположен и в пешей доступности от всех районов, но только если номер не находится в пределах шума церкви 🥹

Excellent location, walking distance to Main Square and Railway Station. Kind and helping personnel. Tasty breakfast. Always happy to be back.

員工非常好，友善，可存放行李，位置方便，窗外景色優美，可步行到附近景點，入住過程流暢，還有免費早餐

位置良好，距離火車站及老城非常近，可以步行到達。服務熱情友善，早餐供應種類充足，房內沒有冰箱比較可惜。 整體仍然推薦，價格與良好位置值得。

クラクフ中央駅から徒歩5分くらいで、クラクフ旧市街までも徒歩10分程度で、他にも観光地が徒歩圏内で回る事が出来ます。 コンビニは徒歩1分の場所にあります。旧市街地に近いこともあり、建物は古いです。スタッフも明るくてフレンドリーです。 私は他にもアウシュビッツ強制収容所博物館やヴェリチカ岩塩坑も行きましたので、クラクフ中央駅を拠点に観光する事に なりますので駅が近いことを重要視しました。するとここが一番コスパの良いホテルということで決めました。 結果、良かったです。 因みに、エアコンと冷蔵庫はありません。無いのがヨーロッパでは普通です。

旧市街から近く観光にとてもよかったです。部屋もとても広く快適でした。朝食のビュッフェも美味しかったです。

交通方便靠近火車站

I stayed here for four nights. I had a double room with a private bathroom. The room was not very big, but OK. Clean, without too much noise from the street (except for the church bell across the street, which marks the hour), new furniture, in good condition. Large, clean bathroom, towels without signs of wear. Toiletries refreshed daily. One minus: in the shower there is no shelf for soap, shampoo. You have to put them on the floor... The cleaning staff was a bit inattentive. One evening, when I came back, around 11 pm, I found the window ajar/half opened. It's winter, though... There was a tiny TV in the room, with channels that were quite OK for a tourist (sports, news, music). Anyway, I didn't need it... Very good location, close to the train station (which you can easily get from the airport by train SKA1), close to the old town and the end of several buses. The reception staff was polite but cold. I don't remember seeing a single smile, they didn't even respond to greetings. Conclusion: an OK hotel, worth the money. You can pay by card.

Excellent location a short walk from the main train station & shopping centre (with food court). In the other direction short walk to where tour groups meet and the start of the tourist area. Travelled solo and felt very safe walking around the area. Hotel is on a main road, but room did not suffer from external noise. Excellent sized room with armchair, good storage, plenty of space to place luggage but without it being in the way. Breakfast runs for several hours so have option of going early if out on excursions or having a more leisurely start. Breakfast had plenty of fruit, breads, cold cuts, cereals, sweet options and a few hot items so should suit everyone. Reception were helpful and efficient. At times the staff struggled to keep on top of clearing tables and replenishing breakfast items but this seems a common issue in hotels post COVID. Some items e.g pastries weren't labelled at breakfast so not clear what flavour, if sweet/savoury or if contained any items like nuts people may have allergies to. This would be a simple fix to make. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would book again if I return to Krakow.

Hotel is magnificent. An old architecture building in Matejko plac, square which is 5 minutes walk to the Krakow main square. Everything is close including main bus & rail station and shopping mall Gallery. Public transport is 1 minute walk from hotel doors, maybe even closer. Hotel is very clean and I'm very satisfied with it. Stuff of hotel is very helpful and nice.

Great location, the guy behind desk was so helpful from the minute we walked in,everyone friendly no issues at all, rooms may need updating but clean and comfortable, bells from church you can hear, didn't affect us, nice to hear, will definitely stay again and recommend to friends

I went as a solo traveller and felt very safe here. It’s 5 mins from walk from the city wall entrance to the old town and 5 minute walk to Galleria Krakowski and the train station so the location is great. The rooms are standard but my bed was very comfortable. No kettle in the room but a helpful man at reception provided me with this no problem. The price was very reasonable so I would go back. Only downside was the church bells hitting out a tune at 6am and on the hour until 9pm
