Хороший писарь, хорошая ванная комната. Комната не большая. Вокруг много ресторанов.

В номере нет ванной комнаты, сантехника старая, отношение обслуживания безразличное.

Очень близко к набережной и в центре.

Хорошее расположение относительно основных районов. Персонал на стойке регистрации отеля был вежлив и сделал мое пребывание комфортным от начала до конца. Было здорово вкусно поесть и посетить туристические места ✨

We stayed in a lovely two-bedroom apartment with a beautiful river view. The space was nicely decorated, clean, and very spacious — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was fantastic, right in a happening area with lots of great restaurants nearby and within easy walking distance to all the major sights we wanted to see. Being in such a vibrant part of the city, there was quite a bit of noise late into the night, which we expected. What caught us off guard was the early morning noises from neighboring units, which made it tough to get a full night's sleep. The beds were also a bit too firm for our liking. We mentioned these things to the front desk at checkout, though we're not sure if it was noted. Overall, it was a great spot for a quick two-night stay, and we'd still consider returning for the space and unbeatable location.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the river. Keycode entry so no need for keys! We stayed on 3rd floor, there are restaurants on the pavement below, so there is some noise late at night and early morning. Perfect location to explore Lisbon. Lovely spacious kitchen/lounge/dining area.

For the price of this accommodation it punches above its weight. The 2 bed apartment was exceptionally spacious and clean, kitchen includes a dishwasher and full sized fridge/freezer. Charming decoration, comfy beds, air conditioning and excellent bathrooms. Lift from 1st floor. Quiet location set back from roads so very little road noise. No catering, but as you step outside the door there are half a dozen restaurants in front of the building, and many more 5 mins away. These offer a decent menu for better prices than those in the main tourist areas. The historic plaza (Praca do Comercio), and tram stop is 7 mins walk, metro 5 mins, buses 3 mins walk. Ideal!!! Don't expect 5 star accommodation, but this is ideal for those on a budget. Staff couldn't be more helpful!

We rented two apartments for seven people, a two bedroom and loft. The two bedroom was huge with large kitchen and living space and two bathrooms (one shower in larger one. The loft was on the top floor and was a smaller space and a two shared bathrooms with other guests. I didn’t realize that when booking but wasn’t a problem as they were clean and mostly unoccupied when we were there. When you get there, plan for carrying your luggage up two flights of stairs as the office and elevators are not on main level. There is an entrance in the back that enters onto the 1st floor so that might be easier if you can’t carry. Hotel staff is very nice and helped with the luggage. Ubers are easy and come fast. We were out most of every day and a great place to stay as everything is close.

The apartments are in a great location to explore Lisbon. Everything is within walking distance and there's lots of eateries, bars and restaurants surrounding. There's a metro station and ferry terminal across the road and some of the river tours leave from the ferry terminal too. The apartments themselves are very big and has everything you could want in a self catering space. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and changed our towels. The reception staff were attentive, friendly and helpful we were checked in by Saj and they accommodated an early check in to one of our apartments which was super helpful and much appreciated. We had 3 apartments and there were a few areas in each that could do with sprucing up like the bathroom door sticking to the bottom of the frame which meant you had to yank it open and force it closed; and in another bathroom the plaster and paint around the tiling over the shower was crumbling a little bit. These weren't major issues but would be nice to have them fixed. In our apartments on the upper floors all the TVs were in the bedrooms but none in the kitchen/living space. I would have preferred to have a tv in the communal spaces instead and could easily do without one in the bedrooms. Overall it was a really nice stay and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone and probably would visit again myself

Me and my family stayed on February, the stuff was amazing and always with a big smile! The room was with a great view to the sea. We will visit again and it was lovely!. Lisbon is a great cityyy!! !

If you don’t mind a bit of a busman’s holiday then this is great but I prefer to be looked after a bit on vacation. Don’t get me wrong it’s in a great location with lot’s nearby including the cruise port is walkable. The facilities are very clean although the room is very small. Shared bathrooms but well maintained with multiple choices. Very large eat in kitchen with all the amenities to make your own meals.

Great spacious appartment, large double with river view and balcony ( definitely worth it) and a twin, apartments are impeccably clean, courtesy tea and coffee pods and a fridge provided. Staff are great, housekeeping very efficient and able to store luggage both before and after check in. Building has been really sympathetically restored and makes the perfect location for a Lisbon break. Good range of restaurants immediately by the entrance and a 2 min walk to the Cathedral and old town. Simply fantastic.

Had a great experience staying here! It is clean, very spacious and lovely. It is a hostel but really feels like a hotel, the location was perfect and within walking distance of everything including public transit. Neal was very kind and welcoming, he made my stay even better. I had stayed at a different hostel in Lisbon and Varandas was by far a much nicer stay, highly recommend!
