В первое утро, проснувшись в отеле Leonardo, я убирал кровать и заметил пятна крови от предыдущих гостей, которые были очевидны для уборщиков, но они, очевидно, не обратили на это внимания и только прикрыли их новыми пододеяльниками для следующих гостей, что было очень неприятно для меня и моего партнера. Из-за их негигиеничных простыней я проснулся в пятнах по всему телу. Вдобавок ко всему, не работал смыв в туалете. В каждом углу комнаты моей мамы были пряди волос и пыль. И последнее, но не менее важное: в этом отеле нет обслуживания номеров... Я не шучу, мы позвонили в обслуживание номеров и попросили принести нам бутылки с водой в номер, но нам сказали, что нам нужно спуститься вниз и забрать ее самим в баре. Худший опыт пребывания в отеле. Не верьте фотографиям, я бы не рекомендовал этот отель даже своему злейшему врагу. Крайне разочарован.

Very close to the tram and the picadilly station. Nice and friendly staffs, very clean and good lookings. Highly recommend.

Location was great close to city centre and tram station short walk away with easy access to Co-Op Live for our concert. Minor complaint that room was very dark with small window - limited view despite being on 8th Floor.

Great hotel. Well located and close to the main areas of Manchester such as northern quarter, Picadilly, canal street, Deans street etc. the train street is 7 mins walk and the road there is good to wheel suitcases

Hotel as expected. Clean and convenient. Room had everything we needed. We visited the wellness gym but our card didn’t work so not sure if this is an extra? Only downside was breakfast was very busy, had to wait for a table and they had run out of food items. I ordered a poached egg and waited so long I went for my breakfast and finished it before my egg arrived! Good selection of food if everything had been topped up! Not enough staff on though to cater for numbers waiting for breakfast….however this wouldn’t stop me staying again! Overall a pleasant stay :)

1. We normally check out 11am? But the cleaner man knocked the door at 1030am. He is polite but it's really feeling bad as it seems push us to leave asap. I think it need to be improved. 2. The room is clean, but the blanket and the pillow very dirty. 3. It's very silent room and close to the train station. You can walk to the station and take the free bus travel around the center. 4. The price is very good price to stay in Manchester. I will choose to stay here again if I visited Manchester again. 5. The hotel is also a bit close to the bars. But the roads not dangerous. It's seems safe.

Had a great time. This is a 5 star hotel, The staff were amazing and really kind.

Check In was super easy! We were greeted warmly on arrival and asked before giving us the 8th floor to stay. The staff were always smiling and helpful. On our last day after check out, we were able to leave our bags in luggage check before leaving for the train station again later on in the day. Great location, very close to the Mall, the train station and various breakfast spots just a short walk.

What a find ! Absolutely loved stopping here… Just a perfect stay ( wish I could have stayed longer )    It has everything you need !! Above and beyond for me !!!

Love the hotel! They even let me check in early around 11am! Felt so thankful as we are really tired from the flight day before . Great hotel with great breakfast selection! The bed is also super comfortable, clean and spacious! Tram is only few minutes away super convenient.

Good location for AO arena only 20 mins walk. Clean rooms with adequate facilities for  the  one nights stay we had. Breakfast is served yourself which is good also room service. All the staff we have meet are friendly and courteous. Walking distance from Piccadilly train station which is about 15 mins.

Booked as the hotel was close to tram for a concert at the CoOp arena. The staff were so friendly and polite, despite being extremely busy . We had dinner there which was freshly cooked and good quality, breakfast was good too despite the morning rush, the hotel also extended breakfast to 11am which was handy for those staying longer. Rooms very clean and comfy beds with nice fresh linen and towels. The shower and toiletries lovely too. On such a hot weekend we were delighted that the air conditioning worked so well we needed to turn it down . Woul definitely recommend
