Check in took a long time as clerk was not trained on trip.com reservation, but she was friendly and diligent. Check out was smooth and very pleasant. Room was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Coffee maker did not work, which was a little frustrating. There wasn’t any family-friendly, affordable dining available, so I had to go out for dinner. Bartender in Casino was rude two nights in a row. I went elsewhere to spend my gambling money. Overall good impression, but enough negatives that I will only stay there if I can get a good deal from trip.com again.

Great place to stay in Reno, good prices and friendly staff. Enough facilities to not need to leave the hotel which is good in the snow.

We came up for Hot August Nights, because they do have a dedicated parking area for show participants. We do appreciate that! In the parking garage, there were several spots of urine that were there for the duration of our four days. Maybe the pressure wash that once in a while? Wait for rain? At check-in, the front desk lady seemed to hate her life or job or being friendly in general. Her responses were short and rude. The room had a nice view of the pool area and it was a pretty view at night. But, to see the view you have to wrestle with two sets of curtains which was tough. I had to stand in the chair and grab the curtains from the top to move them. The beds were comfortable, so that's a plus. The bathroom was outdated, the shower head hits you in the chest, but would be perfect height for a 4'8" child. The shower curtain rod was coming off the wall on one side, I did let the front desk guy know at checkout. Restaurants were great, lots of choices between the three "resorts" in the Row. There was a small in room fridge to put our leftovers in, and drinks. Their is a Keurig coffee pot, if you want cream in your coffee you'll want to call and ask for more! Overall, this was an ok stay for what we needed. But, for a grand for 3 nights I think we will be staying somewhere else next year, where we know everything has been upgraded.

This was a good hotel. It is downtown near the shops. The parking structure needs some work.

Good location in Downtown Reno to access most places by walking.

Was there for a event at events center hotel was very nice restuarants were great & fun , needs mini bars & usb plugs in rooms but other than that was very nice beautifully decorated for xmas

Amazing little resort and casino

The Row is the best place to overnight in Reno. Three resorts in one! The El Speedo has the microbrewery.

ホテルの全てが昔は高級で華やかだった だろうなという感じです。 エレベーターもお部屋の家具も全てが。 現在でいうと、全てが古いです。 ノスタルジック(笑) お部屋に到着して、手を洗うと、 シンクの水が流れず逆流してきましたが、 修理していただきました。 プールもあるらしいですが、 私達は探せませんでした。 エレベータ内のボタンでは、 プールの表示は5階ですが、 ５階にはジムはありましたが、プールはなく。 お掃除の方曰く、プールは４階だと。 しかしながら、エレベータで4階を押しても ４階には止まらないエレベータで、 本当に不思議でした。 探すのを諦めました。 その他では、フロントの方達や、 お掃除の方、修理の方などは、 とても親切でした。感謝です✨ ベットも柔らかめで気持ち良かったです✨

주차장이용이 조금 불편했으나 방 컨디션도 깨끗하고 멋진 호텔안을 구경하는 즐거움이 있고, 재미로 카지노를 즐길수있음
