Pertama x menginap di hotel ini, sejak awal proses baik checkin ataupun checkout semua prosesnya lama, selain itu makanan nya di room service agak lama (1½Jam) dan banyak jenis makanan yang saya pesan tidak ready padahal itu adalah weekend biasa bukan weekend hari besar. Untuk Kamar, staffnya semua baik dan oke tapi memang yang bikin saya ckup kecewa adalah pada proses checkout yang pengecekan makanan minuman di mini bar (kulkas) harusnya di check menyeluruh juga adakah barang yang tertinggal di WC atau Di Lemari karena cuci muka saya tertinggal tapi tidak ada info sama sekali dan lebih dari 30menit proses checkout nya, selain itu kamar minibar adik saya botol aqua nya hanya ada 1 botol saja dari awal kami checkin tapi biaya aqua itu di limpahkan kepada saya padahal adik saya tidak mengkonsumsi sayangnya sya tidak bertanya karena adik sya sudah berngkt cari makan dan baru tahu setelah kami jauh perginya. Yang pasti tolong next time lebih di perhatikan terutama persoalan mini bar agar tidak lupa d isi lagi dengan jumlah standard yg tertera agar tidak salah, makanan juga agar di percepat juga dan di lengkapi agar tidak banyak yg bolong². Makanan yg harus di coba menurutku Sup Buntut asli enaknya dan segar☺️ Kalau BF sya gk coba karena checkout ke Kendawangan lagi, Tolong next time lebih diperhatikan lagi points yg saya maksud kan. 事後補做功課，還是記得他們的良好服務，最讓我感動的是我的手機落在酒店大廳，竟然完璧歸趙地回到我手上。還有3位保衞拿着手機在原地等我回去取。

I have stayed at the Grant Zuri Hotel in Ketapang many times, and I can honestly say each stay was a great experience from start to finish. From entering the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who made me feel like a valued guest. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to make my stay exceptional. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean; that's the main thing. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. In summary, I highly recommend the Grant Zuri Hotel in Ketapang.

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed at the Grand Zuri Ketapang, because I have an assignment to the West Kalimantan area For a very good hotel, comfortable, nice food, great breakfast, even though it is 3 stars but 5 star service, Thank you Mr. Hendy for your hospitality We'll be back Thank's

the room was clean and comfy, wifi is pretty good, breakfast also good and there's enough choices of food, parking lot is big, there's an atm nearby. for the record you need to pay a deposit for the stay (150k Rupiah). overall good room good services.

Nice hotel with good room. The food is generally ok and clean. The staffs are also nice and helpfull. The only gripe I have is the lift system. I know it's for security reason ( you can not go to another floor from your own room floor) but because my visit was for business and need to coordinate to another person on another floor was quite annoying. I can notice a staff name Ega Safitri is nice and helpful. Thanks. Excellent hotel and I can recommend it.

I love the place.. very confortable and spacious room.. the food are amazing with touch of borneo tradition.. the staff is very friendly.. eko juliantoro is really helpful and sweet.. gonna be back soon definetely..

thanks for Lisma for a good service and good attitude. the room its so clean and cozy, the breakfast its so nice and this hotel has a broad parking area. and last but not least the roof top cafe its so amazing

I feel homey whenever stay in this hotel, the staff are so helpful, friendly, cleans, comfort to relax, close to government offices, locate in prime location and will be back for sure next business visit.

First time stay at this hotel, stay for 1 night, first experience at check in counter it was so fast, not take for queue. Staff is so adorable friendly from security and other section. Clean room and tasty food also. Fast responses for any guest request. Thanks for the awesome night.
