Booked in could not fault lovely room might have been disabled spotless infact very very clean staff polite could not do more has a health situation that was helped by staff would recommend many thanks Bar staff andd food lovely many thanks

I think pictures don't do it justice, it has a circo de soleil vibe to it as decor goes. It is a very nice place, very clean, comfortable beds and a plentiful breakfast As for the staff very polite and helpful. I very much recommend this hotel

The hotel is ideally located on a main roadear Mons but very well set back so there is no noise intrusion. The room was light an airey and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very hhelpful and were alwaysmiling which bertainly relaxes one!

We stayed with the Flair voucher for 1 night. The lady at the desk was really sweet and helpfull. It could be a better stay because we especially came for the sauna/jacuzzi but we could only use the jacuzzi because the group of boys before us made a mess and the electronics of the sauna were down. We had a drink in the bar wich was nice. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. BUT there was this aweful buzzing sound the whole night (like a running motor or something). I went crazy… For us the breakfast was amazing! A lot of choices, healthy options and good food. Parking spaces available in front of the hotel. In our opinion it is a good place to stay 1 night.

Excellent location and stay. Recommended for short or even longer stay during business trips. Nice interior and very helpful service desk. Good breakfasts.For sure I will stay during next journey in this area.

We stayed here for one night at the beginning of our stay in Belgium as we wanted to visit the zoo. The staff were so friendly & very helpful whenever we needed assistance Breakfast was a buffet which was very good! The only thing I could fault them for is the meals they offer for dinner are all microwaved, but they were totally upfront about this, which I appreciate!

Chambre spacieuse et propre, hôtel de charme, hote accueillant, très bon petit déjeuner, des bouteilles d'eau sont disponibles en eaux plates ou pétillante à volonté. Je recommande fortement, pas loin de Mons. Hôtel décoré avec élégance

J'ai selectionné cet hôtel pour mes parents et ils ont fortement apprécié. De l'extérieur, j'avoue avoir eu un peu peur mais une fois à l'intérieur, c'est différent. Ils ont aimé : le cadre, le calme, le personnel bineveillant et chaleureux, le petit-déjeuner, les balades dans les environs, etc... Un week-end de repos dans un cadre verdoyant.

Rien à redire. Le pack Pairi Daiza est très intéressant et l'hôtel est parfaitement adapté. Petit plus pour le bar H24 et petit moins pour le réseau GSM absent dans certaines chambres.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l’hôtel Casteau. Le personnel était souriant, à l’écoute et disponible pour nous aider si besoin. La chambre était confortable et ne manquait de rien selon nous. Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de profiter de l’espace fitness ni de l’espace bien-être par manque de temps donc nous ne pouvons pas émettre un avis là-dessus. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et très bon. Nous recommandons cet hôtel et ne manquerons pas d’y revenir si l’occasion se représente.

We kregen een kleine maar nette, recente en gezellige kamer aan de kant van de tuin. Alles wat we nodig hadden was voorzien (koffie en thee, water, airco/verwarming, frigo, smartTV etc…) Behalve het lawaai die we van vroeg vertrekkende luidruchtige reizigers (rond 6 uur) de eerste nacht ondervonden was het er zeer rustig en aangenaam. Het personeel is uiterst hartelijk en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is rijk en volledig en de accommodatie mooi en gezellig ingericht. We konden door het mooie weer met een aangeboden drankje buiten zitten. In de omgeving kan je mooie wandelingen maken (la ballade des gens heureux) en zijn er veel goede restaurants. De ruime parking is gratis.

Hôtel facilement accessible. Le personnel est accueillant et très gentil. Les chambres sont propres et confortable. Le service est de qualité. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Nous y sommes aller par le biais d un cadeau wonderbox, grande déception pour nous pourtant on avait mis un supplément pour une chambre type exécutive La déco ne correspond pas du tout au photos du site il paraîtrait que c est la nouvelle déco , il sont en travaux il y a au mur une espèce de fresque avec des gens style cirque avec des masques c est très glauque La literie est dure comme une banquette c était propre mais une odeur pas très agréable flottait dans l air La salle de bain ne ressemblait pas du tout au photos du site non plus c était propre mais insipide Quand a l espace wellenes il est bien la , pas de peignoir dans les chambres il faut en demander a l accueil contre pièces d identité Ce qui est gênant c est l hygiène pas de douche avant d aller dans l eau rien de noter dans ce sens quand on était dans l eau une personne est arriver s est déshabiller et est rentrant dans l eau en caleçon bonjour le bouillon de culture En résumé un hôtel de passage pour bus Expérience très décevante
