Очень чисто, разнообразный завтрак "шведский стол". Персонал очень вежливый и всегда готов помочь гостям. Приятная и стильная зона ресепшена. Хорошая система безопасности на въезде: каждый автомобиль проверяется перед въездом.

Amazing hotel with an attractive price. All the amenities are there and food is also good. It's 10 mins from Dal Lake and I think it's a best option of reasonable stay.

Very good service. Excellent room with auto upgrade as a Marriott Bonvoy member. It was a happy stay.

The location was kind of convenient but then again, to what? The service was friendly, proficient and professional. I spilled a beverage on the bathroom floor so I used some tissues to wipe it off, lo and behold the tissues turned black. I was gobsmacked. Similar situation occurred in the living area with identical results. So needless to say hygiene is not of primary importance. Also when closed the toilet seat, the rear of the cover was stained with, I would imagine, urine. The Kitchen: The Chef and the maitre de saved the day as the dinner was of a very high standard, Congratulations guys, well done 👏 ✔️

Stayed 2 nights with my wife at Four Points by Sheraton Srinagar. The hospitality was outstanding, and the lobby is hands down the most gorgeous I’ve ever seen. Our room was spacious, with a nice upgrade offered on arrival. Breakfast spread was excellent, and the hotel’s location worked well for sightseeing. Even the WiFi was surprisingly good — not always the case in hill stations. Overall, great value for money and another stay that reinforces my trust in Marriott properties.

Amazing stay at Sheraton (Srinagar)! Spotless rooms, warm hospitality, and a perfect location made the experience truly unforgettable and exceptional!! The hotel staff beautifully adorned my room for my birthday, adding a warm and personal touch to my stay. The staff, especially Asif and Adil, went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of, making me feel completely at home. A heartfelt thanks to Chef Wasim, whose culinary skills turned theHospital meal into a delightful experience. The combination of warm hospitality and delicious food won my heart. Nice large rooms and excellent service. Kudos to Mr Ishfaq and Arif for excellent breakfast services. The breakfast spread was decent with live stations and large selection of bakery products. The hotel is very welcoming and at centre of city.

Amazing hotel because of staff While checking In I met 2 great person like Osama and Firoz night security guard. They assisted me and welcome Me With great hospitality and offer me Kashmiri kahwa which become My Favrite Tea after tasting it. Thanks Again Osama for great Hospitality
