Great location right on the Main Street and next to the monastery. Kind and helpful staff. Heated beds for the winter temperatures which is very good

The location of this hotel is amazing. It’s right next to the temple. The room was fine, but it didn’t feel overly clean, especially the toilet. Cold in winter. Staff were friendly but couldn’t offer much more information than the temples opening times. 

I have been in this hotel before and had a really bad worn out mattress and this time in another room just to same. They really should change them. Also the toilet smell was so bad and the wifi was not working at all. But disappointed by their service

Nice Room with a great view of Labrang monastery. The hotel is on the Main Street directly next to the monastery.

The hotel is extremely close to the monastery. Some people at the reception speak english and they can book you a private tour to visit the grasslands and the monasteries outside the city that otherwise would be unreacheables for 400rmb per vehicle. The room is big and the beds are warm.

Good place to stay. Good parking. Near the temple. Big room.

The hotel is currently getting renovated so every room on our level was getting drilled and sawed and hammered. The room smelled very strongly of sewage. Upon arrival, there was a towel with dried blood/booger hanging in the bathroom. The bathroom didn't have soap so we had to use the shower gel to wash hands. Pros: The older reception lady spoke English. The location is next to the monastery.

The location is excellent, right next to the monastery and with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend staying here. The hotel is right next to the entrance of the monastery and most rooms have a nice view of the lively main street and the mountains behind. The rooms also have built-in heating so the room is not cold during the colder months. The bed is very comfortable. Staff doesn’t always speak English but they are very friendly. The hotel is a little bit outdated, but I think it is one of the best places to stay in Xiahe because of the location and it offers everything you need.

we had two rooms on the 3rd floor facing the street. moise was not an issue. the rooms were well decorated. Hot water supply was arratic made sometimes had to wait for several minutes for it to be hot. no issues with the double rom 302 but there were smells from the toilet in the twin room 303. overall the location and price made the hotel a good deal.
