Рядом с отелем есть автобусная остановка, с которой можно доехать до go zurich hb. Остановка трамвая находится в 5 минутах ходьбы. 15 минут ходьбы до супермаркета и железнодорожного вокзала. Чистота в отеле оставляет желать лучшего. В первый день я обнаружил волосы в полотенцах. Кондиционер не охлаждает номер. Номер слишком душный. Если вы хотите сэкономить электроэнергию из-за экологического законодательства, по крайней мере, рассмотрите возможность установки вентиляторов. Не так много каналов на ТВ. Завтрак нормальный, не очень разнообразный. Обслуживание номеров не круглосуточное. Обслуживание в отеле ниже стандарта.

Отель расположен недалеко от железнодорожного вокзала и автовокзала, поэтому очень удобно добираться до любого места.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Away from city, quiet amd calmer area. Short walk to tram and train station so it is easy to get to the city center and to Zurich airport.

The first day when we arrived on the 13th of August , the guy at the front desk was very friendly and polite.The hotel is located near tram and train station and bus station so it is was very convenient to go anywhere. Tram is 4mins walk away ,10mins walk to supermarket and train station. And 15mins by tram to the Zurich airport . Hotel cleanliness is an issue, very dusty floor,dirty sink,and dirty toilet bowl. I even asked twice the receptionist the guy on duty if they can clean our room and put a fresh towel but no one came to clean.Room service is not 24hrs. Air conditioning doesn’t cool the room down. I booked a room with breakfast included. However, during check-in I was told breakfast was not included. I need to verified my booking with the email voucher to the front desk and she amended it. Regretfully, the next few days, I need to re-verify with front desk again because the waiter/waitress said breakfast was not included. The property description mentioned that each category is provided with air-conditioning but I cannot operate the temperature and fan speed because they are centrally controlled. Also, in the room details mentioned that slippers are provided but was not.

They refused my room because of an error on my part. Ar 2am ! Stranded in Zurich

Everything is good especially the breakfast and the front desk service is also good

I don’t know why a front officer call Lory can use swear word to me. I don’t know why such a big hotel you don’t have a duty manager in the morning. This is my first visit to Switzerland, and I have a deep feeling of the racial discrimination in Switzerland because of your hotel. I just want a new dryer as the room’s one is out of order. And the first time I call the front desk, they just thought it is because I didn’t know how to use it…I already said it’s not working at the beginning, it’s totally out of order,but anyway she said she will send someone to have a look. Then, I waited for 15 minutes nobody came, I call the housekeeping said I need a new dryer, they said hold on and cut my lines. I feel inexplicable, why everyone with such an unreasonable attitude for me. I waited another 10 minutes, still no one came. And I call front desk 3 times , nobody pick up the phone, I call housekeeping for 5 times , they just cut me 5 times…just pick up and cut, didn’t said anything. In summary, I feel very angry. Fighting back my anger, I went downstairs with wet hair to the front desk. I said to Lory that I want speak to the duty manager. She said she is busy as the guest. I feel really cold and told her just call the duty manager ok? And then She spent a long time lecturing me not to interrupt her and constantly accusing me. Hello? I don’t want to talk to you I just need to talk to the duty manager, you have such a time to lecture me already make a phone call to the duty manager right? Then I pick up the phone of front desk and said , ok you busy then just tell me the duty phone number of the manager I can call him by myself. The front officer Lory just shouting me and said you don’t do that I will call the police and she chased me out with words. A few minutes after she lectured me with her words, Brick called me an expletive at another person. Finally a man bring me a dryer and said nothing. The duty manager never showed up. Lory looked at me defiantly until I checked out, but I didn't have time to talk to her on my way to the airport. I feel extremely disappointed with your company that all of the staff of hotel just picking on me with an Asian girl. This is what you call equality in Europe.

Service was good. A bit far from the tourist spots. Room was very clean and had plenty of amenities. Woke up the next morning and saw water leaking from ceiling.

Staffs are quite nice and friendly. Nice mattress. Breakfast is of many choices.
