In een prachtig gebouw een prima en royale economykamer gehad. Goede douchefaciliteiten. De medewerkers aan de receptie zijn voorkomend. Gevraagd om een waterkoker en kregen toen meteen de vraag of we ook bekertjes en theezakjes wilden. Wij konden vanuit hier weer heerlijk uitgerust verder met de Dutch Mountain Trail.

Great castle hotel in romantic surroundings during Christmas holidays ❄️🎄we has also our christmas dinner and breakfast included. Rooms are specious , clean. Shower is amazing designed. Definitely coming back. We're Dutch and Vietnamese . Great done Vaeshartelt 🇳🇱🇻🇳❤️

Довольно дорого для такого номера. Это был небольшой номер с ванной и туалетом. Ванная комната была вся перекошенная. Вешалка для полотенец болталась на шурупах. Душевая кабина была грязной от штукатурки и её не мешало бы покрасить. Подголовник был сломан, кожа отслаивалась. Покрывало было грязным. Дверная ручка у входной двери была сломана; проходя мимо неё, нужно быть осторожным, чтобы не порвать одежду. Очень дорого для такого номера. Завтрак был дорогой на человека, но был хорошим. Персонал был дружелюбным. Преимущество в том, что отель расположен недалеко от центра Маастрихта.

The bathroom door is inadequate because the water keeps leaking out of the shower area and the floor is flooded. I suggest you can improve by adding a proper lock to the door.

The place is clean and the staff are friendly and always approachable. But since we are couple we had a hard time to sleep in a joined single beds because it always separates when we moved. I already mentioned it during my booking but it was not given much attention.

Nice modern Hotel, nice room and confortable bed. In the morning an essential continental breakfast was proposed. Very cordial staff. Just ine small suggestion: one small bottle of water in the room would have been appreciated.

Great location; walking distance to the centre. Friendly staff and appreciate the welcome snacks and lounge area with free coffee and tea. Definitely will stay again when on business trip again in the city.
