Во время моего недавнего пребывания в Discovery Inn я ощутил поистине замечательный уровень гостеприимства в сочетании с первоклассными удобствами и восхитительными кулинарными предложениями. С того момента, как я вошел в вестибюль, меня встретили теплые улыбки и эффективное обслуживание, что задало тон восхитительному пребыванию. Услуги: Персонал отеля сделал все возможное, чтобы каждый аспект моего пребывания был безупречным. От консьержа, помогающего с местными рекомендациями, до горничных, поддерживающих безупречную чистоту, каждое взаимодействие было отмечено профессионализмом и внимательностью. Будь то организация транспорта или выполнение особых запросов, преданность персонала удовлетворению гостей была очевидна во всем.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel… I was only using this hotel as I was staying over in Leeds due to work commitments and was looking for somewhere to put my head down for a night and this hotel was very good for what I needed and was definately use this hotel again if and when I need to in the future… Room was clean and bed was comfortable and the room had everything in it I needed to…

The facilities were good, queit single room, you have to come in with your food as there is no food service in the hotel. The location was perfect for me this time.

A decent accommodation for a short stay. The place even provides a mini kitchen space which was not initially advertised but was a plus! Customer service was extremely helpful in terms of confirming the booking and figuring out how the shower works - apparently you have to pull a “lever” to turn on the shower, running water does not immediately come out of the shower as expected. Besides that minor hiccup, super easy to travel from this place given that the Huddersfield Bus Station is less than 10 mins and is reliable and is directly opposite the University of Huddersfield which makes it feel safe for a solo female traveller. Check-in and checkout was easy given that you will have to refer to the email sent on the digital lock passcode for the building entrance and the room. There isn’t a reception or customer service desk - more of an Air BNB concept.

Clean and welcoming. Nice breakfast. Good value overall.
