Очень доволен, вдалеке за окном видны заснеженные горы, комната большая и удобная, кухня полностью оборудована, мы сами готовили несколько блюд, до вокзала Бад-Гойзерна около десяти минут ходьбы, рядом с остановками ходят автобусы до Гальштата и Гозау, самостоятельная регистрация. Я не думаю, что это сложно, просто посмотрите карту номера в корзине, я приеду снова, если будет возможность!

Приятное пребывание в отеле Heritage Hotel. Идеальное расположение. Номер большой и просторный. Кровать большая и удобная. Завтрак тоже очень хороший. Персонал на ресепшене очень приятный и гостеприимный. Номер был на 4 этаже, и мы слышали шаги из номера над нами в 6 утра. Попросите номер на верхнем этаже, 6 этаже, если вы чутко спите, как и мы. Ресторан действительно хороший. Мы ходили туда на ужин дважды за 3 ночи пребывания в отеле Heritage Hotel. Суп был действительно хорош. Мы заказали лосося на гриле с ризотто из тыквы, очень вкусно 😋

Very nice resort with spacious compound, and very convenient. We took a boat from the resort to Hallstatt, 10 euro per person. From Hallstatt, there is a public bus taking us right to the bus stop in front of the resort. However, I was quite disappointed with the wrong information in trip.com regarding the rooms. Intially I wanted to book a chalet with 2 rooms as we are a group of 2 couples. When i made the booking, trip.com website stated that 1 room can fit in max 2 persons. So naturally i had to book 2 rooms. When i arrived that the resort i was shocked to find out that I was misled to pay for 2 chalets with 4 rooms! We didn't use the other chalet of course. It was totally unfair that because of the wrong information in trip.com, we have to pay for 2 other rooms that we didn't need at all. I am asking for compensation from trip.com regarding my loss and it's been 4 days and i am still waiting to hear from them for a solution.

Завтрак «шведский стол» с самостоятельной оплатой: разнообразный и очень вкусный! Зал для завтрака относительно большой, столов достаточно, чтобы многие люди могли позавтракать вместе! На каждом этаже есть лифт, но для запуска лифта вам понадобится ключ-карта. Мы можем добраться только до своего этажа, чтобы предотвратить проникновение посторонних на каждый этаж и действовать как функция защиты от кражи!

Поскольку мы приехали в воскресенье, поблизости было мало супермаркетов и ресторанов, и все они закрывались рано. Но ужин в отеле был очень хорош, и мы попробовали местное пиво🍻. Завтрак тоже был превосходным. Сотрудники стойки регистрации отеля также помогли мне распечатать посадочный талон.

My stay was exemplary, characterized by a prime location and outstanding facilities. The room’s cleanliness was maintained to the highest standards, and the culinary offerings were truly world-class. Above all, the staff’s professional service ensured a seamless experience from check-in to departure.

Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, walking distance to the train station and historic part of the city, restaurants, shops and a supermarket as well as public transportation are all nearby. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.

Nice staffs and easy checkin and out.Great location and they got a spacious parking lot. They got the self serviced laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Great choice for road trip travelers or backpackers. But our room needs more cleaning, there are still dust and others’ hair when we get in the room.
