Мы провели 3 ночи в этом очень комфортабельном отеле. Мы даже хотели продлить пребывание на одну ночь, но все номера были заняты, что свидетельствует об их популярности. Декор, от ресепшена и лобби до номеров, был восхитителен: в нем широко использовались натуральные материалы, создавая атмосферу спокойствия и умиротворения. Завтрак был в формате шведского стола, но выбор горячих блюд был ограничен. Кроме того, мы хотели искупаться на закате, но в это время бассейн был занят одним большим коктейль-баром, где буквально десятки людей отдыхали в воде, что нас разочаровало.

Excelente opción para disfrutar de Cartagena El hotel está muy bien. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo entre Getsemaní y el centro histórico, lo que permite recorrer Cartagena a pie cómodamente. Además, hay muchas opciones de restauración muy cerca. La decoración está muy cuidada y crea un ambiente acogedor en el que te sientes realmente cómodo. El personal merece una mención especial: siempre atentos, amables y con una respuesta rápida ante cualquier necesidad. Es un hotel moderno, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. ¡Muy recomendable!

Wonderful time in Cartagena. Travelled with my husband for my birthday. Stayed 5 nights. The staff is lovely; very friendly and welcoming and attentive. The city is absolutely magical. We loved everything about our stay. The food was excellent; had amazing breakfast and drinks at the hotel restaurant and it really surpassed our expectations. We just left and can't wait to be back! Special thanks to Christian at the front desk who went above and beyond helping us plan things to do in Cartagena which made our trip extra special.

قمت بحجز غرفه لمدة عشر ايام بخيار عدم الغاء وعند اكمال نصف المدة حاولت الغاء الحجز ول يكن هناك تجاوب من ادارة الفندق وهو من ابسط حقوقهم كنت اتمنى لو كان هناك بعض المرونة في التعامل الفندق جميل والغرفة واسعه ويوجد احتمالة كبيرة في حال زياره المدينة مرة اخرى ساقوم بالحجز فيه مجددا ولكن مع خيار الغاء او تعديل الحجز وجبة الافطار متنوعه ولذيذة والفندق مريح ومكانه كان ممتاز

The hotel in nice and the rooms are huge with sea view balcony! This hotel no have private beach so anyone can swim in hotel front beach. When you want to go to front beach and get seats and umbrella you have to pay COL PESO 30.000! In front beach there is a lot of food sellers drink sellers which every 5 min someone gonna come up to bother you that was the only - issue! Rest hotel is great and specially the pools was amazing! Breakfast is good enough! Good for family and group of friends!
