Amazing place! The reception is fabulous and the menu looks amazing! It's situated right next to a golf course so plenty of nature to explore. Staffs were friendly, rooms were cosy and comfy, good amenities too!

W well-located Hotel with friendly staff and good food. The Hotel is a bit dated in its appearance and could be at an upper grade if rooms/bathroom had more standard items eg hairdryer, draw/shelf space). A ceiling leaking water into a bucket was not the fault of staff but did not create a good impression in reception.

Beautiful hotel around the corner from Beamish site,very clean,room good size with bath and shower, food and drink beautifully presented,staff superb, walking paths for all capabilities of you want a stroll

From entering the Hotel till check out it was a very pleasant experience. The standards are excellent, my room was so comfortable and the sport complex just fabulous.

Hotel was very clean , stylish and so was the restaurant and bar , absolutely no complaints beds are so comfy and I definitely will be back 😊

Amazing hotel, perfect location for shopping at the Metro Centre. Fantastic breakfast with good quality ingredients. Also a steam room and swimming pool. The price was really cheap, considering everything on offer. Highly recommended for a short stay.

We enjoyed our stay, the location of our room was good. The only few niggles that we had, was that although the room was clean, it smelt a little bit smokey, it was too hot, we tried turning the radiator down a little but it wouldn't stay down, we did open the window, and the pillows were too hard for me. But for the 1 night we stayed it was ok.

The hotrl is beautiful and the workers are nice, but the sheets and bed covers are not quite clean.

Номер был действительно просторным, с большой кроватью, диваном и журнальным столиком, письменным столом и большим количеством места между ними. В номере был чайник и чай/растворимый кофе, а также кофемашина Nespresso и мини-холодильник, который очень пригодился для охлаждения напитков. Ванная комната была чистой и имела хорошую планировку с душевой перегородкой над ванной (никаких проливов!) и множеством держателей для мыла. Также были роскошные шампунь и кондиционер This Works и действительно хороший гель для душа. Он казался намного роскошнее, чем мы ожидали, — даже были банные халаты и тапочки. У нас был номер на втором этаже с видом на собор (мы могли слышать колокола!), выходящий на дорогу снаружи. Движение ночью стихало и не мешало нам спать, и в целом в отеле было тихо. Номер был хорошо убран, но были небольшие оплошности: например, на передней части стола и ручке кофеварки были видны исторические проливы; на окне (с современным дополнительным стеклом для создания двойного остекления) были отпечатки лбов и носов других гостей (мы сами обнаружили, как легко поддаться очарованию вида, наклониться вперед и забыть, что там есть окно...), но ванная комната, кровать и полы были абсолютно гигиеничными, и мы, тем не менее, чувствовали себя комфортно. Персонал был милым, гостеприимным и услужливым. В целом, нам очень понравилось наше пребывание!
