Прекрасная китайская кухня,обслуживание на высоте,официант от стола не отходил ни на секунду,советую всем и каждому даже если вы остановились не в этом отеле,то приходите ,вам обязательно понравится.Официант с радостью подскажет вам,если вы не разбираетесь в китайской или индийской кухне,и сделают все по вашему вкусу.Очень рекомендую.

В этом отеле понравилось практически все, начиная от внимательного персонала и заканчивая завтраком. Шикарная большая территория, много деревьев и лужаек, красивый бассейн, очень приятный дизайн отеля снаружи и внутри. В отеле было реально комфортно находиться, гулять по территории. Огромные номера с просторными душевыми, очень удобные кровати и отличные подушки, хорошая шумоизоляция и полная тишина в номере ночью (здесь еще надо отметить, что отель находится немного за пределами центра города, без машины/такси до центра не добраться), уютная терраса, где можно выпить кофе вечером с видом на красивый садик. Завтрак не был включен в стоимость, но всего за ~$10 с человека мы получили сытное, вкусное и разнообразное завтрак. Один из наших друзей не ест индийскую кухню, но он без проблем нашел на завтраке много блюд, которые ему подошли. Ходили на массаж в СПА, остались очень довольны. За $55 на человека был потрясающий deep tissue массаж, очень классно проработали все мышцы. Временами было даже больно, но зато после массажа чувствовали себя свежими и полными сил. Жаль только, нет одновременного массажа для пары, все массажи проходят в отдельных кабинках... Итоговая стоимость составила ~$170 за номер на двоих, что по меркам Индии, конечно, не мало, но в Европе или США за такие деньги вы никогда и близко ничего подобного по качеству не получите! Пожалуй из недостатков могу отметить только два нюанса: 1) когда приехали поздно вечером и хотели припарковаться, охранник на парковке сказал, что самостоятельно парковаться запрещено (???), только valet parking. В отеле мне потом сказали, что это не так, то есть охранник сознательно обманул, видимо, чтобы сотрудники зарабатывали на чаевых за доставку машины (естественно, что никто чаевых от меня за это не получил, из принципа). И когда нам понадобилась машина, нам пришлось еще ждать, когда заберут ключи, сходят за ней и доставят к входу в отель, очень неудобно!! 2) в отеле классный басспейн, но по-видимому, он не подогревается, когда мы вечером хотели в нем поплавать, вода была очень холодная...

We had a wonderful stay at Jaypee Palace! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and ambiance were top-notch. The property is grand and beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and peaceful surroundings. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The highlight was the delicious breakfast spread—so many options and everything was fresh and tasty. We celebrated our anniversary here, and the hotel made it truly special with their warm gestures. Highly recommend Jaypee Palace for a luxurious and memorable experience in Agra!

The pancakes were amazing . Chef hritik made the most delicious pancakes and designed them in the shape of mouses. Ankit provided the most attentive service and nothing was too much trouble. The Hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The grounds and the facilities are so peaceful.

Too good to explore. We stayed at Jaypee hotel and convention Agra and was amased to be here our visit here was short but relaxing and too good. My daughter ate the best food here and in the most hygienic and healthy way. She is too choosey and show tantrums while eating so chef Himmat served her. He is a magician not a chef. He served pan cakes and in the most stylish manner that any kid will love to have it. Thanks chef keep up the good work. Jaypee will be a brand name till the time people like you are there. Made our trip a memorable one.

This was a very brief stay for just 1 night as part of a tour. Lovely room and food. Would have been great if the hotel had an indoor swimming pool. Otherwise very nice hotel indeed. Staff were very attentive indeed and provided a true 5 star service.

Absolutely stunning property. Well designed to capture the true ambiance that reflects luxury and relaxation. We were warmly greeted and shown around by Sanjana The rooms are spacious, warmly decorated, the timber floors keep the room cool. The Buffet restaurant caters to Asian, vegetarian, international and local cuisine. The restaurant staff are super helpful and go out of their way to explain to you the preparation of the local food. Particular mention to Harshan and Ankit

Exceptional hotel with all the amenities you’d expect from a good 5 star hotel. I travel to Dubai a lot and the architecture and facilities of this hotel is comparable to the 5 star resorts in the UAE. Our rooms were decent, with a really nice bathroom and shower. The staff are kind and helpful, the pool area is large and inviting. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a luxury breakfast at a reasonable cost when you stay in Agra. You will not be disappointed.

Loved this place.. it's like a big town everything is inside.. you don't need to go outside.. food is amazing.. staff is very good and coperative.. beautiful property.. 5 star ⭐ from my side.food is also very tasty . always see to come here again.

The server is exceptional. Sumit and Rounak from the grand buffet were exceptional. Laxmi in the women's room happily helped my kid in the washroom. Wonderful service by the staff. Nice variety of food and very clean. Would recommend this to everyone.

I have been to this property since many years now. Be it work or personal stay Jaypee has now become one of the iconic spots in AGRA. Rooms, staff and hospitality is very nice. Food quality and availability is also commendable. I was fasting for Ekadashi and in minutes I got without salt aloo curd served. Thank you for amazing experience!

It’s a beautiful property with lots of open space and greenery. One can spot goose ducks peacocks around. Kids friendly and even adults can enjoy games like air hockey bowling etc. food is good but costly. Staff is nice and in restaurant the grand buffet, special thanks to Ankit who made feel great with his service otherwise we do had some hiccups while dinning but Ankit made sure we are comfortable and getting what we need. Thanks Ankit for making sure dinning at grand buffet is good for us.
