Единственное приличное место в округе. Номер просторный, кондиционер работает, охлаждает. Персонал вежливый и внимательный. Завтрак так себе, мне не понравится, говядина пережаренная как чипсы. Не работал слив в туалете.

Это неплохо, но это самая дешевая комната. Нет холодильника Нет фена нет окна Поэтому я не думаю, что это подходит в долгосрочной перспективе. Кстати, в верхних номерах есть холодильник. Персонал и уборка на приемлемом уровне.

Nice comfy room to stay in, but they have a problem with the smell from the bathroom,but as they said they are already fixing it. Great staff they respond quickly whenever u need something. They are accomodating and considerate as well for the guests needs.

no hot water in my bathroom for shower. i get complain . they don’t have good reason. just simple answer. i am very disappoint. also no drink water in the room.

The concierge helping me bring my luggages and the housekeeping staff making sure my room was spotless every day, I always felt valued and well cared for. Additionally, the hotel offers thoughtful little details that make all the difference, such as the daily housekeeping service, free bottled water. I also appreciated the seamless check-out process and the fact that the hotel offered a late check-out option to accommodate my schedule. In conclusion, my stay at Stacia Hotel was flawless in every way. From the exceptional service to the luxurious accommodations, this hotel went above and beyond to make my visit to Cebu truly special.
