房間設施齊全，北歐極簡風格，用料考究。

Check in schon um 14:00 Uhr ohne Probleme. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und umgänglich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. :-) Fremdsprachige Hotelgäste sind mit den Wellness-Regeln nicht vertraut, da müsste das Personal präsent sein. Handtücher waren zu wenig.

Besonders zu empfehlen: das Frühstück 👍🤗

Отель 4 звезды не соответствует даже 1. Грязь в номере ( картошка и орехи на полу), волосы в ванной. Приходилось постоянно спрашивать дополнительные тапочки, шампуни ( шампунь, кондиционер и мыло были на одно человека, хотя в номере 2 взрослых ), халаты тоже пришлось спрашивать дополнительно- учитывая что мы сказали на рецепшн что собираемся и в сауну и бассейн. В ванной не работает нормально слив ( вода набирается, приходится ждать), регулятор воды сломан и перепутан с горячего на холодный. Застряли в лифте, после сауны- пришлось связываться с работниками сервиса, и сидеть в лифте около 10 минут…. На мои высказывания обо всем, на рецепшн сотрудник сказал- не нравится- завтра уеазжайте. «Прекрасный» совет от квалифицированного сотрудника. Дальше не хотелось ничего выяснять.

Initially we booked our stay in a different Radisson in Media Harbour but then decided to book this one. Location of the hotel is specific. It is not very central but area is amazing, as it is close to the river with huge recreational areas around. Hotel is rather old but maintained. Elevators were under repair and used the one for the staff. As to staff, they have charming personnel, very helpful in all respects. Rooms are of Radisson quality, nothing to complain about. Breakfast area is a bit depressing but breakfast as such is descent. Man in charge of omelette cooking is the best person you can find. I enjoyed breakfast mostly because of his presence there. The only problem is that if you have a car they charge for parking and fee is rather high. Otherwise Radisson is Radisson :).

We enjoyed the quiet area with good connection to the public transport. Breakfast was great, smootie, fruits, salmon. We loved it!

I stayed in this hotel during the dokomi event. The towel provided in the bathroom was with yellow stains. Plus, there is no free bottled water in the room upon check in. It was also overpriced (200 EUR+) per day.

Great experience. Unfortunately a lot of roadwork and renovations around the area. Also, the tram station next to the hotel is quite dangerous. besides this, very comfortable bed and great amount of pillows. the shower pressure is great and you can actually adjust the shower head. Very convenient location.

Nice hotel, convenient to the convention center (Dusseldorf Messe). Very nice breakfast. The star of the hotel is Mariela who greets you with a smile and is outstandingly helpful. I saw her once again when I departed and she brought a smile to my face a second time. Radisson has a winner with her.

Great hotel. Excellent breakfast. Very neat. Well located. It's nearby the tram stap and if you like a short walk Altstadt is also easily accessible on foot. Rooms are in good condition and sufficiently comfortable.

The hotel was great. Staff at the reception desk, bar and breakfast buffet were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained. I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend.

It was close to CCD Dusseldorf and the old town, I enjoyed everything. Only I expected more traditional food at the restaurant. Didn't have the time to check the SPA area, but next time i will plane some.

Everything is good, dimensions of the room, position, breakfast. 150 euro per night during caravan saloon is ok too Please start using dispensers for soap and shampoo and put new towels, as these are definitely worn!

1 of only 4 hotels with a swimming pool in Dusseldorf. Positioned in the middle between the Messe and Downtown with great Tram links to both. Also close to River for evening walks with Riverside bars in good relaxed atmosphere.
