The guy on the reception didn’t told us the bus tickets were not valid after 6, he also did not told us that there were buses that could pick you up from the hotel to the gardens, we had to walk and be in 39C waiting for the bus inside the parks.

We loved our stay at this IHG property. The staff were attentive and professional. They explained to us when checking in how to use the Hotspring in our room and where to find some of the different facilities. The room was clean the bed comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast the next morning, the restaurant had many Western and Asian choices including sausages, bacon etc. There were also noodles and even chinese rice packets to celebrate the Chinese festival at the time. We used the hotspring in our room in the afternoon of checking in and it was fantastic. It filled in around 30 minutes and was large enough for 4 people. We tried to use it again the following morning before checking out. However, there was no hot water. The front desk explained that the hot water was switched on at 8am, however, by 11am there was still no hot water. This was very disappointing. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would consider returning to this Voco property.

The hotel is located in Jiangsu Yuanbo Park, Tangshan National Tourism Resort, Nanjing, adjacent to Yuanbo Commercial Street. The garden style layout of the hotel is connected by corridors and lanes, and the outside is square and contains heaven and earth. The overall design concept is derived from the courtyard in the south of the Yangtze River, with black tiles and white walls and green brick and wood frame, to build a house, a courtyard, a field and an interesting place for guests to live. The hot water problem you mentioned has attracted the attention of the hotel management team, and will actively complete the rectification. Exceeded the expectations! Besides the beautiful location and building, the staff was so kind and available. Me and my girlfriend have been treated so well!!! I would like to thank in particular our receptionist 卡卡, any questions we had or issue we encountered she tried her best to help us and satisfy our needs. 👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you for your patience and good temper!! I would also like to thank Vin who helped us with the luggages and brought us water when we were in need! 🙌🏻 Lastly i want to give a big big 👍🏻 to the hotel’s摄影师小姐姐, she’s not only fun to work with but she took some amazing pictures of me and my girlfriend in the hot springs area that will last forever as memories in our hearts 🫶🏻❤️ Will come back for sure in the future if there’s the occasion! 😊

I chose this hotel particularly because it’s dog friendly! Voco Nanjing garden expo is absolutely perfect for someone who wants to have a nice hotel experience with their dog (and enjoy a private hot spring tub), there is a dog sitting facility, the “kids zone” ,you can take your dog there and it’ll be properly taken care of while you enjoy other places where dogs aren’t allowed…Grace was wonderful and patient with my dog, love her! You can also bring your dog to the restaurant, there’s a dog friendly section! Overall, All staff at Voco is friendly and welcoming, will sure be coming back soon.

Location outside Park. But they provide shuttle bus. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Notice many detail about the park. Breakfast buffet very delicious. And alot of drinks in the minibar. Room is big and warm. Unfortunately the public hot spring is small.

入住酒店，也是洲際旗下的，整個設計非常喜歡，賞心悦目 ，真的結合古典與現代，每一處都是小驚喜酒店非常乾淨，景色很好，酒店服務非常非常好，尤其是April有求必應。非常感謝酒店服務人員，非常好的一次體驗！

趁着這週六有小雨不是特別熱入住了酒店。整體體驗非常不錯，辦理入住之後直接奔向水上樂園，玩完回來休息後第二天還有園博園可以玩。服務人員非常貼心，特別喜歡酒店的裝修風格，江南風光。

房間內電視機是壞的，二處牆頂燈是一直閃跳着的，際洲期下的這個品牌不敢恭維！雖然知道評論了用處也不大，但畢竟也是花了五六百元入住的就當花錢吐槽吧。 還有送啥門票什麼的一張沒見服務枱也沒説

真是一次超棒的入住體驗！酒店設計時尚又温馨，將自然與藝術完美融合，尤其是園博園的景觀視野讓人心曠神怡。服務團隊熱情專業，特別感謝前台Dylan的貼心幫助，從入住指引到周邊遊玩推薦都細緻周到，安排了比較好位置的房間，讓我們驚喜不已！房間舒適整潔，備品考究，迷你吧的免費飲品也很用心。早餐品種豐富，露天座位還能俯瞰園區美景。無論是親子出遊還是情侶度假，這裏都是絕佳選擇，下次來南京一定會再住voco！

被小紅書種草了泡湯 然後看了江浙一圈，最後選了這家酒店 泡湯前阿姨會來打掃 實際環境和圖片相符，正好今天還降温了，酒店裡環境很舒服 April小哥幫我辦理的入住，退房的時候也是他，也是很巧，很帥的小哥哥，全程業很有耐心，服務態度好 早餐11點結束睡了個懶覺，卡點吃的早午餐 有機會的話冬天還會來的

酒店園區環境好，夜晚漫步回房間時頗有曲徑通幽處禪房花木深的感覺；雖説是親子酒店，但客流分做的比較好，沒有出現小童扎堆嬉鬧影響其他住客的情況，另外私湯肯定也是值得一試的，這次是開的電車，對酒店充電設施不熟悉，工作人員April小哥跑上跑下耐心調試充電設備最終成功使用，服務好評！

很好的酒店 隨叫隨到 建議去山上的咖啡廳享受慢生活 酒店會派電瓶車接送 寵物的飯要額外付費 56-98 客服建議我買貴的98 我衹能説我的狗子是個小泰迪 吃不了那麼多 建議店家應該考慮實際情況來推薦 另外一點不滿意的是 抵達前台時 沒有人接待 旁邊沙發做了一個穿着工作服的小夥子（估計是實習生）但是我們在問“有沒有工作人員”的時候 完全沒有反應 動作都沒變 估計是睡著了 這也是我一開始對這家酒店最不能理解的地方 不過最終的服務還可以 早飯是點單制 口味還可以 希望服務可以再提升 畢竟價格在這裏

環境非常好，每個房間都有庭院。配套也很齊全，對面有纜車，還送了陽山石碑，可以免費給車充電。特別感謝April，服務也很貼心有需求都能積極響應。
