Great location. Nice hotel. Old design. Clean spacious room. Good service. Friendly staff. Nice bar restaurant. Small lobby.

Location 10/10 Clean and nice staff but no facilities at all and the terrace that was in the picture is not there. Other that that an excellent choice

The hotel is in a nice location for getting around Prague, very central to the train station and to the old town both within a ten minute walk. The staff was really helpful when we arrived, even letting us check in early. The room itself was nice enough although there was no hair dryer or iron which was a little frustrating as I checked this before I arrived to know if I needed to pack either. We had a city view room so it was very very nosey at night and did not have a good night sleep either night we stayed along with the rooms air con not working either we couldn’t open the window too cool down because of the noise. We had breakfast included which was really nice, it was a breakfast buffet, we didn’t struggle to find anything to eat.

Albergo in ottima posizione, ottima colazione ma reception davvero scadente: abbiamo prenotato tramite reception ristorante per il 25/12. Il giorno prima andiamo al ristorante dell’albergo a chiedere conferma e ci dicono che non c’e alcuna prenotazione! Fortunatamente trovano un posto per noi! Ma solo fortuna. Chiedo delucidazioni alla reception e non sanno cosa dire! Oggi nel check out mi chiedono quante bottiglie acqua abbiamo consumato in camera, sinceramente quelle sulla scrivania pensavo fossero gratuite! Comunque indico il numero, pago con carta non va il loro pos gli dico di spegnerlo e riaccenderlo ma mi dice che la carta evidentemente non ha fondi! Davvero maleducati e irrispettosi!

В этом отеле есть все современные удобства, отличное расположение, превосходный персонал, отличный бесплатный завтрак, отличная история здания (с экскурсией по прекрасному бомбоубежищу времен холодной войны в подвале).

Отель немного старый, но расположение просто отличное. Кроме того, несмотря на то, что он старше, все было чистым и работало идеально, что касается давления в душе и туалета. Эти вещи абсолютно ужасны, чтобы найти идеальную работу в старых отелях США или даже в новых. В целом я был счастлив с отелем.

Great staffs helpful and kind as soon as you step in. Very professional. We had a very comfortable stay! The bed the bath and products were great! I wished there was a proper coffee machine. And more plugs / usb in the room. Don’t miss the bunker museum underneath! A Must and free for guests of the hotel. Our first meeting was with a warm and positive gentleman who facilitated us getting the key before the scheduled time. The hotel is located centrally and allowed us to easily walk around the city center. The size of the room was sufficient for our needs, and the breakfast was good. Additionally, the room was clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend this hotel!

Very close to the main train station. The WIFI, shower, and hair dryer were fantastic. Mattress is on the firm side-if you like that. breakfast was pretty good. Down side, I wish there was a luggage stand and did not use l'occitane products (fragrance is way too strong)… the local manufaktura would be so much better. Also, I would like an outlet closer to the bed. However, if you want to be on the Square or within walking distance to the train station, this is for you.

Dining area big and charming with big windows. Room mostly quiet except for guests on their balconies at two in morning! I had problems with an unpleasant woman on reception but her colleague when I left was polite, charming and helpful. In the Czech republic you have to tolerate rude people. Fact of Life. I slept well and breakfast was good. Hotel therefore was fine at the end of the day. Not the most gracious but acceptable as a tolerable 4 star. How they got 5 is a mystery to me! Could be the facade!
