Я торопился и остался на ночь. Меня приятно удивил бесплатный трансфер от отеля до аэропорта. Просто следуйте карте и ждите в Зоне 2. Трансфер из аэропорта в отель очень удобный. Отель новый, и все удобства довольно удобные. Хотя сетевые отели, как правило, ничем не примечательны, я в целом остался доволен.

Номер был не таким, как я ожидал от курорта. Холодильник заморозил всю нашу еду даже после того, как мы его починили. В комнате невозможно было поддерживать приличную температуру. То ли замерзло, то ли сгорело. Кровать была заправлена ​​наполовину... в туалете все пятна. Я уверен, что немного извести исправит тот факт, что мы живем в сельской местности с жесткой водой, а мой туалет девственно чистый.... но у меня создается впечатление, что никто не заботится о внешнем виде или чистоте отеля. Если нам не предложат повышение класса обслуживания на время нашего следующего пребывания, чтобы посмотреть, стоит ли оно того, мы больше не остановимся в «голубых фишках».

Lovely and convenient room. Hot water, coffee and tea are provided at the dining area. The pool is also enjoyable. Great location (close to the downtown area), with only a few minutes’ walk to important business district and sightseeing places.

By far the staff at this hotel was so much more helpful and welcoming than any hotel I have ever previously stayed in. Good night staff was so friendly and willing to help answer questions. Good morning staff and breakfast stuff we're constantly checking on customers and making sure everyone had what they needed and were taken care of. Our room on the third floor was huge, spacious, included two giant Riverview windows, and was cleaner than any hotel I've stayed in previously. Lastly, I have to mention that the breakfast buffet was more delicious and larger than any breakfast buffet of other hotels. We stayed for one night, myself, my boyfriend, and my 6-year-old son. Not a single complaint and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the downtown Evansville area!!

We arrived an hour early for check in but the lady at the counter pointed at sign that they are still cleaning the room. I understand but the parking lot was empty, and surely there was at least one ready. However I understand its a rule for a reason. She seemed troubled that we were there wanting to try to get unpacked early. If it was exceedingly clean I may not write a review. However there was a used coffee pod still in coffee maker, and the bathroom coulda used some additional cleaning. Toilet had stains and tubs corners were dirty from buildup.

We were traveling for a volleyball tournament and needed a hotel for Saturday/Sunday. I had read an earlier comment that the hotel was very loud with the volleyball teams staying there. We did not have any problems with noise of any type. Check in and check out were very quick. The room had 5 USB ports for charging electronics along with the regular outlets that you could put a charger into. There was a mini fridge, coffee maker with coffee, and microwave. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Would stay again and will recommend to friends.

I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY ARE TELLING ME TRIP.COM NEEDS TO REACH OUT TO THEM DIRECTLY.  PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS.  THE ROOM WAS NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR AND THE MECHANICAL ROOM.    IT WAS SO NOISY WE DIDNT GET MUCH SLEEP.  THE SHOWER HANDLE WAS BACKWARDS AND WHEN A PERSON CAME TO EXPLAIN THAT, WE ASKED ABOUT THE NOISE.  HE SAID PEOPLE IN 108 (our room),208 & 308 ALWAYS COMPLAIN.  THERE ARE 60 ROOMS AND 10 CARS IN THE PARKING LOT.  IT WAS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY TO BE IN THAT ROOM. 半夜三點房門被敲響 還以為自己做夢 驚醒後發現還在敲 透過貓眼孔查看 發現兩名男子 一黑人一白人 看上去也不像飯店人員或什麼正常人 我沒開門 他們也離開 接著我就再次準備入睡 即將睡著時 房門再度被敲響 甚至門把被轉動的動靜 我直接打開門 還是同樣兩個人 問他們要幹嘛 接著回了我幾句聽不懂的話 又離開了 馬上反映給trip.com 飯店回覆客人在找東西 請問客人在找東西 跟大半夜吵醒別人 打擾他人隱私有何關係 為什麼可以說的很理所當然？ 事件發生至今 我還沒收到飯店任何一句道歉或正面回應
