Прекрасный отель, прекрасное расположение. Очень отзывчивый персонал, спа. Старый мост в 3 минутах пешком. Чисто, уютно. Рекомендую 100 процентов. В марте тепло, поверьте, это не во всех отелях Боснии. Очень понравилось

酒店位置很好，有自己的停車場，但第一比較難找，如果聽酒店外人員指揮停車就要收費。從酒店步行到景點不足十分鐘

Отель отличный! Расположение превосходное: на тихой улице, недалеко от охраняемой территории ЮНЕСКО в старом городе. Бассейн и сауна отлично подходят для отдыха после долгого дня. Завтрак хороший. Большим плюсом является то, что у них есть одноместные номера, что обеспечивает отличное соотношение цены и качества для индивидуальных путешественников.

Мы были рады остановиться в этом прекрасном, спокойном отеле, который очень удобно расположен для посещения старого города. Кондиционер работал идеально, тем более что температура на улице была очень высокой. Комната, хоть и небольшая, но вполне достаточная, и холодильник в номере был приятным дополнением. Кровати были очень удобными, а ванная комната была хорошо оборудована. Персонал был дружелюбным и благодарен Демиру за организацию транспорта до вокзала и обратно в кратчайшие сроки. Безусловно, хотел бы остаться здесь еще раз.

Great place to stay in Mostar . Starting with extremely nice and friendly staff to the absolute great location . Rooms are not too big , but very comfortable and you have all you need. The whole hotel is very clean . WiFi was working without problems. bed was hard , but I like it that way , so was perfect for me as well, Hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the old city and vivid walking shopping street with many cafes and restaurants. Hotel is close to Neretva river , stairs to the small beach are like 2 minutes walk. Amazing place to relax when Mostar is boiling on 44 degrees . I took breakfast outside, so cannot say much . All in all, more then I was expected

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the iconic Old Bridge, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any queries or needs. This made our stay much more pleasant. The room itself was basic but clean, which we appreciated. However, the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there was no view from our room, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was very basic, lacking variety. There were no bacon or eggs available, which might be a letdown for those who prefer a more substantial morning meal. The minibar in the room didn't have any beers. In summary, while the hotel's location and staff were great, the comfort and amenities could use some improvement. It's a decent option for a short stay if you prioritize proximity to the Old Bridge and friendly service over luxury.

First, I want to mention that the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are basic and the hotel provides a very basic breakfast. The towels were a bit scratchy and the beds were very stiff/uncomfortable. It was also very loud. You can hear everything going on in the halls or next door. We were there at the same time as a family with small children and they let them run around the halls, screaming until late into the night. No one, including the hotel staff, seemed to care or do anything about it. Overall it’s a fine place in a good location for a short stay.

This shows a 4 star rating but should be less than 2 stars. It is EXTREMELY BASIC. Parking is a nightmare and it a very tight squeeze. There is just one person at the front desk wearing many hats. The room is very small and the bathroom is tiny, with a shower cubicle that leaked all the water onto the floor outside. Only shower gel packets, no shampoo or conditioner or lotion. Towels were dull and grey not white. The carpet in the rooms/hotel were dated and sad. The only positive was that this location is great, very close to market place and Mostar bridge.

Got there at 13:00+ and was told the room wasn't ready. Told to come back at 15:00. Throughout my stay and going out and back, I've only seen one other couple at breakfast. So, obviously they just refused to check me in despite the scorching temperature outside. Also, the reception is not manned, so you have to use the bell to ring for someone. Location is good though. Room is clean but small. So is the bathroom.

Located on a little side street near the old town. There is also a small restaurant close-by. The breakfast was quite nice, a good variety. The style was modern and well designed. The only issues was connecting to the wifi in the room, although it worked better in certain spots of the hotel.

Eu achei o hotel super novo, tem elevador, uma piscina maravilhosa (interna) sauna. O quarto é uma graça, cama super confortável, espaçoso, banheiro bom com chuveiro muito bom, espelho grande, escrivaninha com cadeira. Atendimento eu achei bem OK, localização ótima perto da ponte e dos restaurantes, eu indico e com certeza voltaria
