It was very smelly in the toilet. I had booked a double bed and a sofa bed for the children, but the sofa bed wasn’t prepared for us — I had to set it up myself. Fortunately, we were only staying for one night.

Decent place though price as everywhere more half term. Breakfast included which is nice Ridiculous lack of power sockets, had to unplug kettle from single source. Are they afraid we will steal electricity?

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Had a little problem with the room but the staff were marvellous moving us & giving us a cheaper rate, free drinks & a late check out. Really helpful staff. Would highly recommend

This was a one-night stay whilst travelling on business so I was really only looking for a clean room with a comfy bed with a decent breakfast in the morning. This hotel delivered well on all three counts. It is also very conveniently located for the M40 with a McDonald's right next door. I booked for a very reasonable price and much preferred it to some of the Premier Inns that I've stayed in recently.

Great location. Update from hotel to provide a full English breakfast and option of sunny side egg would be highly recommended :).

It was just the right place for for a  Warwick castle concert

Nice hotel for Warwick castle but beware you have to pay for parking £5 per day

Lovely stay once again Faultless staff Lovely food Bed bit uncomfortable this time,seemed to dip in middle.

If you are driving, then, it is fine. Otherwise, HIE has a quick and punctual cab service. A ride to BHX airport costs 60 pounds. Cab sharing apps, Bolt and Uber, work here. Hotel breakfast is good although limited choices. Very friendly front desk staff. If you do not feel like having hotel food, there is an awesome McDonald's beside the hotel.

The location of this hotel is very good. The staffs are very nice.

Overnight stay our grandson before visit to Warwick Castle, all clean apart from carpets a bit funky smelling!!! Staff when we arrived were amazing, check us in and sorted out the no bedding on sofa bed for our grandson very quickly, free breakfast at Holiday inn which was good 👍🏼… if I was paying £10 per person for adults I would have wanted a better selection( no eggs, mushrooms) and better quality… tired looking hotel, but was ok for the stay we had thanks
