Потрясающий отдых!!

Вы получаете то, за что платите. В номере есть всё необходимое, без излишеств. Персонал дружелюбный и помог мне с моим делом, так как лифта нет. Пульт от телевизора капризничал, я сообщил об этом, и мне сказали, что мне заменят его на следующий день. Замена не состоялась, но это не было большой проблемой, так как каналы только итальянские. Кофемашина в номере была уже наполнена водой, но капсулы с кофе нужно покупать отдельно. Раковина была треснутой, душ сначала был пробит, но вскоре стал довольно холодным, почти холодным. На белом банном полотенце были пятна! Двуспальная кровать состояла из двух односпальных матрасов, которые не были сдвинуты вместе, поэтому во время сна они разошлись примерно на 15 см. Улица по вечерам довольно тихая, однако рано утром соседние магазины выбрасывают пустые бутылки, оставшиеся от предыдущего вечера, в мусорное ведро прямо под моей комнатой. Неподалеку также находится школа, где малыши собираются в ожидании открытия дверей. Меня их возбуждённый говор не беспокоил, но некоторых это может беспокоить. Отличное расположение рядом с хорошими магазинами/ресторанами/кафе, поездами и автобусами, а также в пешей доступности от прекрасной пристани для яхт.

We absolutely loved our stay at Il Nuovo Gabbiano. The location is fantastic, right next to the port and in the centre of everything. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away! The view from the balcony was incredible with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Despite it being right next to the port, noise was minimal. Breakfast was extra at €14pp each day however we chose to buy juice and pastries from the nearby supermarket to have out on the balcony every morning. The room was fairly big and contained a mini bar (only containing bottles of water) and coffee/tea making facilities. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful. There’s no parking, however we parked in the port across the road for €6 per day. We came later in the day so we managed to find a spot, it gets quite packed early morning. The hotel restaurant does great food, I would recommend the Sardinian ravioli with potatoes and cheese!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient—just a 7-minute walk to the bus station, and there’s a supermarket only a few meters away, which made things really easy. The room was clean, spacious, and included a balcony, which was a nice touch. The shower was also excellent, with good water pressure and temperature control. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

Muy buena ubicación, a solo 5 minutos andando de la zona más céntrica. Habitaciones cómodas, y personal amable Nuestro vuelo salia tarde y nos guardaron las maletas todo el día e incluso nos dejaron pegarnos una ducha en la zona de spa.

Отличный прием. Только дождавшись регистрации и времени заселения, меня пригласили посидеть в номере и предложили завтрак. Потрясающая структура, удобная, чистая, фантастическая кровать, очень любезный персонал. Супер рекомендуется!!!

I really liked this hotel! It's walking distance from the train station and the marina and lies within the historical city centre. The staff was really friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean and especially the bathroom, thanks to the cleaning lady! She does an amazing job. The bed and pillows were comfortable. In short, this hotel was great. Breakfast was also decent. I can recommend!

Ero un po’ titubante all’inizio visto le varie recensioni negative ma posso totalmente smentire il tutto. Camera perfetta, pulita e accogliente. Letto comodissimo. La struttura è in centro quindi comodo per qualsiasi esigenza. Alessandro è stato gentilissimo dall’inizio alla fine. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso questa struttura! Ci torneremo sicuramente.
